The experience started when we checked in (very smooth),we were given a tour of the hotel very efficient and professional by Marek - who turned out to be front Office manager ,great knowledge of Jersey!.
Very nice relaxing boutique hotel, spa was clean and excellent facilities , breakfast tasty with good selection in pleasant surroundings .
Our room exceeded all our expectations .
We would definitely return and strongly recommend anyone to visit .

Usually stay at this hotel at least once a year - was very disappointed this time - it seems steer more towards business people - the rooms are very pretty but there were a few things that should not be found in a hotel of this calibre which is sad because there is so much to offer - the restaurant Bohemia has gone down completely in my estimations - the service was pretty poor - so much so that I would not eat there again

Convenient location for getting around St. Helier, within walking distance from bus terminal and city center.
Extra payment for English breakfast (GBP 13 pp), no variation in continental Despite the Michelin star retaurant it was difficult to get any dietary options for breakfast.
Rooms were clean, bathroom rather small. No Channel Island views from your window. We would rather recommend this hotel for business travel.

The club hotel is well located and a two minute walk into the centre of st hellier. The hotel is set away from parts of town that can get noisy on weekend nights. The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable beds and enough space.

The outdoor pool is great for the summer and we enjoyed an afternoon relaxing by the pool with a coffee. The pool area has loungers and a couple of tables and chairs. There is also an indoor natural water pool which is go a decent size along with steam rooms.

The hotel has Bohemia, which provided Michelin starred food... However the only let down, was the breakfast. When offered toast for two they provide only two halves per person! Can they not be a little more generous?!

The only other gripes I have are when checking in we ordered a paper for the morning, assuming it was complimentary, only to be charged upon check out, plus the wifi signal is useless and really doesn't work... This really does need sorting.

I have stayed in st hellier a few times and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Don't get me wrong this was great for a couple of nights. The bed was comfy the location was great, breakfast was good. However for the price we paid I wouldn't say it was worthy of that. It's getting a bit tired and would have been great 6 years ago.
Cracked sink, paint coming off the walls and hair left from previous guests were a few of the niggles that I had.
We didn't get to use the facilities or eat there so couldn't comment on that but it was a great location and really appreciated the free Carpark

Four night stay as part of a British Airways deal. As with previous reviews there are some points that let it down but overall it is a really good hotel. The Terrace bar didn't look open when we tried to use it, and we'd expect it to be in August.
Staff were excellent, this included room cleaning staff, who were absolutely excellent. Front of house staff were always friendly and this applied to breakfast staff. As another reviewer pointed out the car park is very tight. Because we had a special deal I think we got the standard car park facing room, but it was really clean, comfortable and adequate for our stay. A couple of points about the pools, they are tiny. Both inside and out they resemble foot spa's. Fine for a quick dip but you could not actually swim. There are only four sun loungers. Not enough to be able to sit outside if there is already a family out there. They did supply towels. Nice touches with shortbread and water in the room at turndown.
Breakfast was continental unless you ordered cooked and paid silly prices for it. Overall we liked this hotel, made better by its staff and central location. I'd stay again if in st. Helier.
