Hotel as mentioned by others is a Little dated but everything extremely clean and all staff are Very friendly . If you want the Ritz luxury then pay for it !, but for what we paid this place was perfect , clean friendly nice place to stay .
Would return no problem , very good location too.

We had a warm welcome at the hotel - and throughout our four night stay the staff did all they could to make our holiday enjoyable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. The bathroom and shower facilities were a little dated, but everything was in good working order and there was always plenty of hot water. We would certainly stay at the Norfolk again if we returned to Jersey.

We stayed over Easter weekend 2012 - 3 nights, the staff are friendly, efficient, happy, and organised. The hotel is a little bit quirky ( but so is most of Jersey!), the rooms are basic, but spotlessly clean, fresh crisp bed linen, and a squeaky clean bathroom. The garden is immaculate, as is the coffee shop and pool area, good onsite parking. Breakfasts were tasty and fresh, and served by charming and friendly waiters. Great value money, and super hotel staff!!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in July and were not disappointed. The hotel was very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, the rooms had everything you need and the food was delicious. We stayed half board and every meal we had was lovely. There was plenty of choice each night and the service was flawless. The games room and entertainment were great and the bar sold a large range of drinks. I asked for a cocktail that was not on the menu and he made it me anyway!
The location was great being in the Island's capital St. Helier, minutes from the beautiful Howard Davis Park. It was only five minutes walk from the town centre and a short walk from the beach. We hired a car for the week and went round the whole of Jersey which being only 45 square miles didn't take long and it was really easy to find your way around.
On some websites it says the hotel is only 2 stars but i'd give it more than that for the quality you get. Although this hotel suited us perfectly, it wasn't anything special. If you are looking for something flash then this is not the hotel for you but be prepared to pay a lot more money as hotels in Jersey can get very expensive.

P.S. A visit to The Living Legend Village to play crazy golf is a must; its fantastic!!!!

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel in July 2011 and we thought it was excellent. We rated it for value, for food, for friendliness, for location (close to town centre).
We will definitely consider returning soon and for a longer stay.

"Never go back! It’s never the same as the first time you stay".
This is often heard by disgruntled folk who have returned to a previous holiday destination, only to be greatly disappointed.
We first stayed in April this year for a short break, and thoroughly enjoyed it, and six months later in October, we broke this unwritten rule and went back to the Norfolk Hotel.
We were not disappointed. The Norfolk’s friendly guest house atmosphere was still there; thankfully Joseph didn’t burst into song this time! (Apologies to Joseph).
Thank you to all the staff for making our second visit as enjoyable as the first.
Also a big thank you, to Tina and the management, for the bottle of bubbly and the red rose in our room, a really nice surprise. (See picture).
It was our belated Honeymoon arranged for us by our “Children”.
It was as if we’d never been gone.
