Just had our fifth stay at the Norfolk and found it as great as ever. Clean, happy environment.
The staff are so nice, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The Boss greets you like old friends and mucks in with anything that needs doing! Situated in a fabulous location near to the shopping areas and a walk to the bus station from where you can get buses to many attractions around the island. Also close to Howard Davis park which is well worth a visit for the garden lovers, seasonaly there are evening events in the park like Morris Dancers and musicl displays from The Band of The Island of Jersey. Looking forward to another trip back!

Just returned from a week at the Norfolk and would advise anyone going to Jersey to use this hotel. Warm friendly welcome which was a good start. All the staff were friendly helpful and very efficient. Service in the dining room was fast and the food was always hot. If you wanted something which was not on the menu you only had to ask and they did their best to accomadate you. Our room was clean and spacious with a large comfy bed and good quality bedding. Facilities throughout were first class. Central situation for all amenities in St helier.
Have stayed in many hotels over the years and must admit our whole experience at the Norfolk has been one of the best. Well done to all|||

Room Tip: We were in room 133 wich overlooked the coffee shop and was very quiet

Very friendly and helpfull staff from the bus drivers to the restaurant staff. We did not prebook our evening meals but decided to eat in the restaurant our first evening. It was excellent quality & value so decided to book meals for the rest of the week and were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and very satisfactory,no phones in the room but wifi worked OK. The shower over the bath was a little disapointing, a seperate shower cubical would have been preferable. All in all an excellent value for money hotel.

Room Tip: Some of the rooms on the ground floor have seperate showers

Just spent a week in this hotel. Star rating unjustified should be minimum 4 star. Arrived late Saturday evening because of flight delay and still got a lovely hot 3 course meal. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2013. I was very impressed by the helpfulness of the staff at reception and in the dining room. The rooms are more functional than luxurious, but nonetheless perfectly satisfactory.

I did not use the restaurant for evening meals, but the food and service at breakfast time was excellent, with the cheerful staff happy to cater to your needs.

The hotel is located a short walk from the sea front and the central area of St Helier. The majority of the visitors to the hotel were of the senior variety and the evening entertainment supplied might not be to the liking of the more junior residents, but the value provided overall was superb.
