Stayed for five nights and found the hotel to be very good. Located close to town but in an area that was reasonably quiet. All the staff we met were warm and friendly and happy to help in any way they could. The guests are generally older, certainly during our visit, so not much noise from the guests at night. The full English breakfast was very nice and a range of alternatives if you don't want it all; just ask the waiting staff. We never ate in the hotel at night, preferring to use local restaurants, but the feedback from those that did use it was very positive. There is an outdoor pool should you wish for a dip, but it is fresh even though heated to some degree.
Would we stay here again? Definitely yes.

Once again, our week's stay on a half-board basis at this hotel was first-class. Having only a 2-star rating, for our part, this hotel has 4-star qualities. Food is excellent and all hot dishes are brought to table really hot, and courses are varied with a choice of 1st-2nd- and 3rd-courses selectable each day. Room is fine and the management have given us the privilege of using the same room for a few years. Staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Our waiter for the week was really efficient and accommodating (as are all of them). The hotel location is very convenient for town and Howard Davies Gardens & Park. Havre-de Pas seafront is only ½-mile away and from the hotel it is less than 15 minutes walk from Liberation bus station. Some bus services on return from rural routes, can set down passengers right outside the hotel in the one-way street. The company-owned Waverley Coach airport link is also very efficient. Now an octogenarian, I hope to again stay at this hotel next year.

Room tip: Most rooms are devoid of any traffic noise, the best ones are very light and face west looking towards St. Helier Fort

bar prices were reasonable and bar staff excellent.entertainment was mediocre.
there is a nice sun terrace with plenty loungers. pool is a bit small.
overall a good place to holiday. ps. there is a small separate cafe adjacent to the pool, also very good.

My wife & I have just enjoyed a 3 night stay on a B & B basis, and enjoyed every aspect of it - we're both around 70 & felt like youngsters, but we could see why many senior citizens would enjoy coming here - as many people have said the staff ( who are mainly Portuguese) are all very friendly, & perhaps more importantly, are very efficient

Everything from reception to breakfast arrangements was well organised, & our room had everything we could want - the pool area was pleasant in the sun, although the water temperature wasn't much above freezing, but all-in-all, I can thoroughly recommend the Norfolk Hotel
