From check in to check out this was a trip to remember. All the staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble to make you stay enjoyable. We had a first floor room overlooking the bay with a fantastic view first thing on a morning. Breakfast is buffet style with probably everything you could wish for and always hot (or cold if its yogurts etc). An excellant location 2 mins from the ferry and 5 mins to town.
There's only two things wrong with this hotel, 1 the comfortable beds so you don't want to get up on a morning and 2 check out you do not want to leave.

Room Tip: Any room but sea views are the best

had a great stay at the Radisson ,the room was comfortable and had everything you could need ,the leisure club was great and it was nice and quiet which we did not expect on a bank holiday.you can walk to the town or port easily and itis a nice walk along the promenade. The breakfast was a 4 out of 5 and the only negative i had about the room was the pillows were naff, apart from that a great stay

Hello and thanks for taking the time. We're so glad you had an enjoyable bank holiday weekend and had a chance to relax and explore St Helier. There are some fantastic walks on the island and closeby Elizabeth Marina is a great place to start after a super-buffet breakfast! Thanks again and we look forward to your next stay with us. :)

Great base to see the island, easy short walk into St Hellier. Large rooms with fantastic views of the harbor. Personally I think there are better options for eating in St Hellier as its so close, the staff were very helpful and polite with plenty of tips on what to do around the Island. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Room Tip: Only get a sea view room

Me and my girlfriend stayed here over Easter and I definitely recommend it!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in(and I'm a regular traveller) and the hotel even gave us a complimentary packet of Cadbury's Mini Eggs for Easter.

This hotel is in a brilliant location in St.Helier. The sea is behind the hotel and the shops and restaurants are only a five minute walk away.

The hotel bar is a relaxing place to drink. They even have a singer and band playing soft music on Saturday nights.

The only negative I would mention is the breakfast. The choice of food is fantastic. But, it did take a long while for them to replace certain foods when they ran out. But, maybe that's a bit harsh. I just really love baked beans, that's all!

All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and you really won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

Our party of 6 have just returned from the Easter break. Hotel is in a good location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, in fact beds are probably best hotel beds we have come across. Staff are very friendly.

Although the food all looked good and breakfasts were an extensive buffet style we were able to order eggs, porridge or fish. We unfortunately had some cold omelettes one morning for breakfast and our evening meal on the first night was not up to scratch, service was slow and we had to send one of our party's meals back as it was cold!

Dear Christopher,

We appreciate the time you've taken to give your feedback to us in respect of our Hotel and Service. Your comments help us identify areas where we still need to improve and we do our utmost to listen and respond to our guests needs.

We would like to thank you for your kind comments about our rooms, location, staff and breakfast buffet.
It's disappointing that you had a negative experience during your meal, with a long waiting time and food served below temperature. I sincerely apologise for these mistakes which are not reflective of our usual standards.

I have raised this with our food and beverage team and, working together with our executive chef, we will certainly take on board your comments and have the issues fixed immediately. I really do apologize that you encountered this as it is certainly not the high service level we strive for.

Kind regards,

Petra Meleg

We had a short trip to Jersey neither of us had been here before so we were both looking forward to it ! When we arrived the weather was great very hot and a beautiful day. As we arrived around lunch time we thought we would have a walk to St Heleir centre, which was about a 10 min stroll. We were very impressed with the area. We had lunch in a very nice square outside and it was a really nice day.

Back to the Hotel and we got changed to have a meal in the hotel which and was really nice and again you could not fault the service or food.

Up in the morning for breakfast and the choice was great and of really good quality and again the service was great.

As we knew the weather was not going to be great we planned to go to the German war tunnels, which is a must if you have never been to Jersey before, so we had a really interesting day there !!!

The next day , Friday, we again knew the weather was going to be hit and miss, so we booked to go on an Island tour. This was booked via the hotel and we got picked up at the hotel, we were the last to be picked up so we went straight on to the tour. It was a really nice day in the end and our driver , cant remember his name, sorry, but he was from Yorkshire !!! was a great mind full of local information and along with the rest of the coach we had a really good day.

My final thoughts are that I am glad we went to Jersey and would return and 100% stay at the same hotel as the coach driver stated it the best hotel on the Island bar far and in my opinion you cant go wrong.

Free WiFi
great beds
great views
great location
great service

Room Tip: Ones overlooking the Port, all the rooms are great but spend that little more as its worth it !!!
