Staff are very functional and have very little hospitality. No welcome - just processed through. Other Radissons have much higher standard of service and quality.
Food was average at very high prices and 2 minutes walk you have Tiffin - very nice and TGI which is superb.
Not bad - but better close at the Grand and Savoy

Stayed: June 2013, travelled as a couple

Happy New Year and thanks for your review. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay but sorry that we didn’t wow you and leave you wanting more which is how we want our guests to leave. If you do come back to Jersey, please come and see our new refurbishment in the bar and brasserie and I hope that might help change your opinion of us being bland. Hope to see you again.

We booked a stay at this location online. We arrived for the 2 nights and were looked after by really friendly staff in every location. The room was spacious and clean. It was the best night's sleep in any hotel that we have stayed in previously. The bed was sumptious with down covers plumptious pillows; really comfrotable. The impression was not that of a budget hotel with respect to the provisions in the room, even down to the loo paper! The night we ate in the restaurant, I had the best fillet steak ever. The hotel on the waterfront wasn't the prettiest and the access through the ongoing works was slightly annoying but overall I am looking forward to going back as soon as we can and taking the family with us; it wasn't just a bed for the night, they made our stay memorable!

This is our fourth visit to this hotel and it just works for us as a base for a winter break in Jersey. The location is superb just a short walk from the town centre and the views across the bay are breathtaking. The staff are very helpful and welcoming (once you break the ice) and moving our room from a view of the marina to the sea was no problem. Breakfasts are great with lots of choice. This time we only ate in for Sunday lunch and I can really recommend it for both choice and value. The standard double room is roomy and well furnished and the bed furnished with large square pillows.
Only two quibbles - why is the large fish tank being removed permanently after the forthcoming refurbishment? Also, the spa changing room could do with more regular housekeeping. Otherwise the perfect chill out hotel for us - everything available but not in your face.

Room Tip: Always specify a sea view room. Lookingout onto the marina is fine also but not the same as looking...

It's always a pleasure to receive such lovely comments from our guests about our service, we're very proud of our staff for looking after you so well, and we're so glad you enjoyed the food in our Waterfront Brasserie. Have stayed here many times (more than often than I have reviewed it) and its standards are still high. Room, breakfast, bar..all very good.

Staffed by a welcoming, efficient and friendly team, grateful for a room upgrade to a sea view/corner room with stunning views and as ever, a splendid spot to be based for exploring the town and the Island.

A great choice for St Helier.

This hotel is situated in a great location with views over the bay marina and castle. Room and services were excellent. Superb breakfast choice. Bar and restaurant also very good. Food was great although I did have one meal that wasn't quite so good, but I think this was an exception.
Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Rooms with a view towards the bay and castle are probably the best and worth the extra cost

I am just back from 3nights staying in this hotel with my daughter and sister-in-law. No complaints whatsoever. I had e-mailed the hotel to say we were arriving early (9.30am) and the room was ready-GREAT. I appreciate this would not happen during the busy summer months but there is a luggage room. The reception staff were very nice and efficient-in fact all the staff were OK. Our triple room was overlooking Elizabeth Castle and smashing. The breakfast had everything, fruit juice, cereals, yoghurts. fresh fruit, hot cooked bacon etc. croissants-in fact everything you could wish for. As it was winter there was no 'traffic light' system but most hotels
are busy at certain times in the morning the world over!!!!!!! (this comment is re the previous review). Al in all I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back if ever visiting Jersey.
We got a smashing deal through 'Travel Republic' website.
