Overall this is a super hotel. A room with a sea view is a must to get the most out of your stay. The hotel gives the impression of being for business travellers, and Radisson Blu maybe needs to embrace its holiday resort location in Jersey a bit more? The breakfasts were mostly good, with just a few minor problems, including running out of scrambled eggs on more than one occasion, and soup spoons for cereals (as some other reviewers have commented on), and dented coffee pots. The beds were very comfortable, and air conditioning easy to control. The flat screen TV in the room was a good size for watching World Cup football matches, but fixed facing the bed, so couldn't be angled to view elsewhere in the room. The new decor in the bar and dining area is very tasteful, and beautifully done - very in keeping with the upmarket ambiance of the marina that it overlooks.

This is our third visit to this hotel and we booked it again because it ticks all the boxes. My daughter and I love coming to Jersey for our annual girlie break. We wanted somewhere close to town, so location of this hotel is perfect. A spectacular view, from our second floor sea view room overlooking St Aubin's Bay, a good night's sleep in a luxuriously comfortable bed, a really tasty breakfast with lots of choice, and we got all of that. We arrived home after our superb week feeling very relaxed. The staff in the hotel work very hard, they are truly customer focused, very polite and welcoming, the rooms are spotless. Special mention to Alex at breakfast. He remembered us from last year, which is really nice. He was charming, very attentive, good service with a personal touch, and we will look out for him when we are back next year. He is a credit to the hotel.

An excellent location with free parking (a rarity in St Helier) from which to explore the island. One side of the hotel has views of Elizabeth Island in the bay. The other side not so picturesque has view over car park towards St Helier ( 5 min walk to centre).

This hotel is located overlooking the marina and Elizabeth castle with St Aubin beach to the right. Location is good, walking distance to St. Helier although the first time we went we took a taxi as we didn't realise how close we actually were. St Helier town centre has a number of lovely bars and restaurants. The hotel is quite new the rooms are spacious and comfortable no complaint there, but the hotel from the outside is very ugly which is a shame. Buffet breakfast is including and is the usual fare although we noticed that the selection and service was better at the weekend, I think they get locals in for breakfast on the terrace overlooking the marina at weekends. This terrace was the highlight of the hotel. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good but standard. The service is variable, we had outstanding service from some of the staff, Max was one particular person to mention who was very cheerful and helpful. However some others were not so helpful and seemed to have an attitude problem when it came to serving guests (you got the impression that attending to your needs was beneath them). I guess you get this sometimes. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel as good value and nice location.

Room Tip: If you can have a room overlooking the marina or St Aubin. The rooms overlooking the car park not so...

Arrived on early flight but a room was available for us to check in to. Business room - very spacious, well appointed with great view over the bay. The small room deficiencies - curtain slightly hanging off, broken chair, a fancy, but broken, coffee machine - poor show for a hotel of this standing - but small issues. Plenty lounge and bar seating and lovely outside bar seating area. Breakfast excellent. Dinner quite pricey for the menu offered - plenty of other local options.
Hotel very well located for the town and bus station. In brief - I would go again.

Room Tip: Go for a business room - very large with great view.

Stayed here for 3 nights last week and was very impressed with the hotel. We had a "business class" room which was well worth the extra for a view of the marina and Elizabeth Castle. It also had a few nice touches like a buffet breakfast (we never had to wait for a table unlike some other reviewers), newspapers, coffee machine and free films. We were on the 4th floor and the room was very quiet. Although the car park was busy you were always able to park for free, even at the roadside, and it was an easy walk into town in about 10 minutes to the centre. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Business class rooms are well worth the extra
