Having stayed at Beuvelande a few times now I thought it was about time to write a review!

I have stayed in a Yurt, hire tent and taken my own tent on my various weekend breaks and every time I have left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Staff are amazing, always willing to help and answers any queries you may have. Shower blocks are extremely clean with lovely hot water all the time. There is a bar/restaurant which serves food 7 nights a week in peak season and this year the restaurant is also open for a cheeky full English on the weekends - perfect!

If you want to stay in a yurt book well in advance as they get snapped up quickly, luxury camping at its best. This year they have new emperor tents too but I haven't managed to book a weekend in one of these yet - on my to do list as they look amazing!

There is a camp shop which is open until lunchtime and then again mid afternoon (from memory). It sells yummy croissants every morning and has the essentials should you need plus ice creams which are a must on a hot summers day.

There's a pool and play area for kids which always seems to be busy so must be good!

I would highly recommend this campsite and will be returning again very soon! :-)

After a two week stay cation at Beuvelande we had a wonderful time just feeling like we had gone away.
It is set in a beautiful rural parish with the sea a stones throw away. The facilities were well kept and clean with lovely hot showers. The pool was used regularly by our lo and there was many an occasion coaxing her off the playground! We had some wonderful meals in their restaurant and found it excellent value for
money all round shop included. Hubby got his daily dose of papers and we enjoyed lovey fresh bread from there on a daily basis. The site is beautifully kept and the grounds are well looked after. It's family run and you can tell there is a hard working team behind the scenes - All in all a wonderful 2 weeks. We are going to get booked in again for next year.

My family and I stayed here in June for just over a week. I have 2 children aged 2 and 4 and they had a absolute ball at his campsite.
The children spent alot if time in the pool which was always clean, play area very well kept, food was fantastic, and all common areas were spotless.

The staff - were fantastic always available to help and give directions to tourist attractions, always polite and friendly and go out of their way to help you.

All in all a fantastic holiday and stay at this campsite and we are looking to book again later on in the year if there's availability.

We stayed for 2 nights 7/8th July with frends who were on holiday from the UK, we enquired about hiring a tent but was told it was not possible even though some were empty while we wre there. I phoned the campsite on the 4th to check everything was ok before we went,it was an answerphone,i left details and asked if they would call back, today is the 20th and i am still waiting for the call. The cafe and bar are both closed on a Sunday and Monday and we were not informed of this and other people we spoke to were also unaware of this. The shop and reception are only open for limited periods and it seems as the owners attitude is we have your money thanks. From now on our friends and us will be stayng ay the new site in the west of the island. Also watch out for people using the bin areas as toilets in the night.

We spend many weekends and evenings throughout the year at Beuvelande and love it. Catching up on my trip advisor ratings I thought it was only fair to write one for the site. Danny and Alice are great and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The site is quite large with a selection of three main camping fields and the permanent tented area. The yurts are great and having been nosey and looked around they seem great fun for a camping holiday. The toilet block is excellent always very clean and hot powerful showers which are important. Tilly's restaurant is open for breakfast this season which is an improvement for some people, but not something we would generally use. The family atmosphere is great, and the children love the playground and the pool (which is small but well appointed with a slide etc) The shop has some great gifts and also a few staples which are great to have at hand and daily papers. Evening entertainment from Bingo to quizzes is fun and taken with a sense of camaraderie. All in all, a good site with family fun at the heart, plenty to keep the children amused and the adults too.

We stayed in the last week of July 2012 when the weather was fantastic, so a real bonus. We travelled by plane from Southend so it was easy to have a ready set up tent with all the equipment already there, including a fridge and cooker. The campsite was clean and friendly and the children can enjoy the facilities including park and pool with a degree of independence. We were there for the Olympic opening ceremony and the atmosphere in the bar was fantastic with French holiday makers waving the British flag. With the lovely weather we enjoyed the beautiful beaches of Jersey and amazing seafood. We had a such a fantastic time we went back at the end of the summer and though Beauvelande can't be held responsible for the weather, our tent didn't hold up well with the stormy wet weather of the last day. Our tent wasn't as good as our first visit - it was a bit smelly and there was no fire blanket which wasn't replaced, despite reporting it's absence. The seams leaked when it rained heavily and the inner room liners came down in the wind while we were (attempting to) sleep. We didn't report it as we had enough on our hands to dry out and pack the next morning, but Alice, one of the owners had been so friendly and helpful previously. Anyway, two different experiences but we loved Jersey and the campsite was good on the whole.
