Tony and his staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, local parking and parking disc available for the (not too) restricted parking in the harbour. Wi-fi available for residents if you ask, Good food to my taste, but there is a lot of local choice if not to yours and the breakfast was great. A good beach on the other side of the harbour with a beach cafe so you do not have to go far.
Ok there was some noise in the morning for the first few days and we did get used to that, it did improve and maybe would be better with no music at breakfast for some. But this is a working harbour and some noise is unavoidable, maybe if that bothers you book a room at the rear of the hotel but you will miss the view! In the evenings it was generally quiet by 11pm or so.
The room was very clean and probably one of the nicest we have had, ignore the older comments a lot of upgrading has been carried out.
I was even offered a drive in Tonys immaculateTriumph Spitfire but don't rely on this (I declined- it was a offer too far and I was not going to risk our luck!).More
