We have just returned from our second stay at the manor.
We travelled as a group of 4 for my partners 40th birthday and what an amazing time we all had!
We were so privileged to of been upgraded to the cottage, which enhanced our stay further.
Every need was catered for, including a special vegetarian menu being prepared for us at dinner each evening. We regularly stay in 5* hotels around the world but longueville manor has exceeded our expectations on both occasions. The whole team of staff are simply amazing and reminded us of a recent vacation where we had butlers. Pedro and his whole team really are an absolute credit to this hotel. The food that we experienced, from sandwiches, afternoon tea, evening meals and breakfast was just superb, top marks to the kitchen.
We will definitely be returning later this year, it is without a doubt the best hotel in jersey!

Room Tip: If you are travelling with friends the cottage is fantastic.

We wanted a special place to celebrate our Golden Wedding, and this hotel certainly met our needs.
From the moment we arrived, and parked the car, there was Sammy to meet us with a big cheery welcome as we stepped out, and then he carried our case in.
The lovely old Manor, set in beautiful grounds, looked so romantic in the Jersey sunlight, and as husbands do, I thought I must get Brownie points here.
Even though we had a special price, an upgraded room was offered without asking for it, and what a lovely room.
We had a sitting area with armchairs and sofa, a table, large super comfortable bed.
An apple and water were replenished every day. The room had everything, and it was so nice to know we had this haven to return to.
Your every wish for breakfast is provided, with of course any hot items cooked freshly. The menu for dinner is changed daily, with excellent inventive cuisine.
We felt so pleased to to have found this lovely country house, but what made it so memorable, were the ever attentive friendly staff. We have never been so well looked after. I do not think Downton Abbey servants could have done better.

We stay here quite frequently for a one night break away. We always leave here so refreshed, very well fed and relaxed! I am always treated with the best service and top quality food and wines, I can guarentee a perfect stay here. The rooms are done lovely and all so individual.

Very peaceful dispite it's close proximity to town, as soon as I drive into the carpark I switch off. I would recommed to anyone, the sunday lunch menu a must.

This hotel is truly exceptional. The food is first rate, the staff are very attentive without being overbearing, rooms are comfortable and the grounds are lovely. Although not far from the road, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Longueville Manor was to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday and it didn't disappoint ....it was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded our expectations - it will stay with us for ever. The hotel is truly beautiful and dates back to the fourteenth century. We were priviledged to stay in the Tower Suite which was quite stunning with its contemporary design. The Manor has so many wonderful features and attention to detail is second to none. You may think this would be enough... but no it's the staff that make Longueville Manor such a memorable stay from Pedro Bento - Managing Director and his wonderful team of receptionists, waiters, bar staff, cleaners to name but a few... Not forgetting Andrew Baird (Chef) and the catering staff for such delicious and delightful dishes... We will be back.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is beautiful, welcoming, and such a high standard of service from the ever helpful friendly staff is a joy. The surroundings are elegant, the food delicious, and there are lovely grounds to stroll in. Do try the afternoon tea, the best we have ever had. We found one between the two of us with an extra pot of tea was more than enough but if you have the capacity it is delicious! We stayed here as part of a package which included our flights and will certainly try to return.

Our friends visited the Manor a few years ago & raved about their stay on their return. We were fortunate enough to have lunch there a couple of years ago & vowed to stay there ourselves. Having found a good deal, we weren't disappointed. On arrival the welcome we received was exceptional. We were upgraded from a Classic to a Superior room. A young gentleman took all our luggage from our hire car to our room. He then showed us around the hotel. We chose to dine in the casual restaurant on the first evening, a lovely contemporary room with excellent food & service. We had booked the main restaurant for the second night, again excellent food & service. On the third night, our last, we wanted to eat again in the casual restaurant but this was closed due to a private function. The Manager offered the same service to us in the lounge bar. We were a little sceptical about this having to sit on a settee & dine from a coffee table, but it worked out well. A very attentive young waiter laid the table out with a pristine tablecloth & fine table ware. Again the whole evening was fabulous. Every staff member, the attention to detail, the food & the whole experience was fabulous. The log fires were a real treat!
