A true gem with professional staff with extremely high standards. The rooms are spacious and meticulously clean. The food is reasonably priced with a menu to cater for all visitors. This was my first visit and would definitely return.

We arrived and were welcomed by very friendly staff who knew our names so had been expecting us. Once checked in we were shown around the lovely hotel and taken to our gorgeous hotel room. We had booked a classic room as the cheaper option and it still felt luxurious. It was very clean, we had welcome gifts and the bed was super comfortable. The sunshine stays in the hotel garden all afternoon and evening until sunset, which is definitely a bonus! The service from bar staff and waiting staff was outstanding and they were so friendly and always up for a chat. The food was divine and cooked to perfection, the extensive wine list was incredible and we just had an incredibly luxurious and enjoyable experience from the moment we arrived until we unfortunately had to leave. Thank you Bella-Luce hotel!

We have just attended a Wedding on May 17 th, on arrival they were there greeting Bride /Groom and guest with the Champagne & Canapés, very pleasant staff nothing to much trouble. The Venue looked super does help when you have a beautiful sunny hot day too. We stayed over and our room was so lovely, the decor, Bed comfortable ( I am very fussy with beds this was fab) linen crisp, it was warm but we could have put air con unit on but open window instead. As a guest for the wedding the couple choose a super Hotel and if I fancied a chill out weekend would certainly go back.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel just as the channel weather was coming into its own. The hotel is a good 40 minute walk into town along the cliff top, and is set in s sleepy corner of the Island. On arrival we were greeted warmly although that soon turned into distress when our booking could not be found - thanks to the highly professional and much admired Colleen a fix was found. Not often you get that type of service - nothing was a problem. We were given a larger room than we had originally booked and the staff from start to end were remarkable (I don't think I have experienced such helpful staff before!)

The food in amazing and the wine list extensive. Sitting outdoors having a cup of tea or wine was stunning thanks to the weather. You can set off and explore the island or sit back and enjoy the walled garden.

Do yourself a favour and insist on a room away from the main stairwell - it is noises and could be a bit off putting if the hotel is full.

Well done to the entire team! I will stay here next time I'm in Guernsey to relax!

Room Tip: See if you can book a room looking over the garden courtyard! And away from the stairs!!

Well what can I say. I stayed at this hotel this weekend (May) and was extremely surprised, we arrived in the morning as got an early flight from London. The rooms weren't ready as expected but we were made very welcome and were offered to sit outside and have coffee. The weather was stunning and we enjoyed socialising with the hotel cats.
We had a great day and had food served for lunch in a marquee as part of a wedding. All the food was stunning and so was the wine. The glass was never empty and every need catered for.
The room was a premier room and was appointed brilliantly. It was perhaps one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Two things I did notice is that the doors need slamming to close them which you can hear other guests doing. Also the extractor fan in the bath room was similar to the sound of a small jet engine but it's not on for long when the light is off.
I really enjoyed my stay here, walk down the hill to the beach, enjoy the calm and have lunch. Lazy Sunday afternoons with a Viognier and sea bream whilst listening to the guitar. Try not to listen though to some of the pretentious locals that also come for a visit.

Room Tip: Try and get a room on the side of the hotel as rooms at the front maybe subjected to noise from peop...

We have always enjoyed our infrequent visits to Guernsey, and this trip was a chance to catch up with the sights and sounds of this beautiful island.
We chose the Bella Luce Hotel in St Martins, and what a great choice ! On our arrival, we were greeted so warmly by the Receptionist, who immediately arranged for our bags to be collected from the car and delivered to our room. In fact, all the staff, from the ladies who cleaned the room to the staff in the Restaurant, could not have been more courteous, helpful and accommodating.
The food was excellent, great choices, great taste and generous. Breakfast was especially good. We DID eat out on one night, but returned to Bella Luce on the remaining nights.
All in all, a hotel to be recommended.

Went to a wedding this weekend at this hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel staff were extremely attentive throughout. The hotel was beautiful and its grounds and location were great for a wedding.

Food was amazing and so was the wine.

We stayed in a Premier room and had the best nights sleep in a long time.

It was a shame as it was a hot weekend (possibly the first of the year) that the pool wasn't ready in time and would have loved a dip.. I don't think I could find anything else to fault.
