“Good food, better location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 June 2014 via mobile

We visited on a lovely day and were able to enjoy an average light lunch looking at the attractive bay. The menu was quite limited, but well presented, and was very adequate, but in my opinion, it is the location that is the main reason for this restaurant's high rating. It would not be so good in bad weather.

“A lovely spot!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2014

Fermain bay is one of the most attractive bays I know and on a glorious summers day idyllic. The Beach Cafe food is just excellent with a wide range to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and water bowls are supplied for dogs.

A walk here from either the bathing pools or from Jerbourg will set you up for your meal and you will walk along some truly beautiful paths.

If you are visiting Guernsey make sure you out this on your itinerary.

“Lovely location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 June 2014

Visited on a sunny Liberation Day. Not that busy, so ordering went smoothly. The speed the food came after that, you hardly sat down and it was there! Nice big beef sandwich. I missed the seafood pasta though, they had it previous years and it was very good. The views are beautiful.

“Days in the sun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 June 2014

This place is quite a hidden treasure if you ask me. Take the walk along the cliffs starting at the aquarium, should take you about and hour of leisurely walking to work up an apetite - you'll need it. The portions are generous, and the prices are sensible, even the drinks are priced sensibly. The que to order can sometimes be a bit long and it can take a while to place your order, but after that everything happens pretty quickly and smoothly. They even have blankets for when the sun dissapears and gets a bit nippy. Dogs are welcome too! A steap walk back up the hill to the main road for a bus service, but that burns off the extra calories. PS: Amazing Aperol Sprtizers and one of THE best views in Guernsey by far!!

“Two glasses of fizz!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 May 2014 via mobile

We popped into the beach cafe and enjoyed two glasses of fizz and two coffees on a wet day. The view from the cafe was so lovely even in the rain. You couldn't choose a better vista!
