Top little eaterie very welcome after the long coastal path walk. Over looks Fermain Bay (as the name suggests) beautiful views along the secluded bay with seating outside when the weathers good. This place has friendly staff on an island that can boast a mixture of aloof local or rude foriegner service!

This outstanding little restaurant is undoubtedly the place to make a reservation at if you enjoy seafood, surf and turf (perfectly cooked steak combined with either monkfish, tiger prawns or scallops) or beautifully presented sandwiches etc.(their steak, crab or cajun chicken sandwiches are legendary). Add to that a substantial menu of wines and a lengthy choice of deserts (no-one has fully lived until they try their lemon cheese cake or bread-and-butter pudding) this is a heavenly place to have dinner, lunch, coffee or preferably all three! My wife and I are returning to Guernsey for our holiday again this year and this charming place (together with the beautiful coastline - perfect for swimming and boating) is a major reason why.

We were recommended this place by our Taxis driver. Our taxi driver was not wrong. The food and location were both VERY good. We shall be back
Highly recommended.
Give it a try.

Had a terrible experience, phoned ahead to check on the menu as three people in the party dont eat fish, arrived to find that only fish was served. Approached the staff about alternatives when the head chef/owner stepped in, told that he would not change the menu then would not cook for us and told us to leave. Upon leaving became verbally abusive, told several members of our party to [--] off and get the [--] out of his resturant. Party was a mixture of locals and holiday makers (7 in total) and this is not the first time that this has happened. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely stunning location for an informal but mega-tasty meal. Brasserie food of real quality and taste, you can sit outside on a sunny day with a surf & turf to die for and a chilled bottle of house white and really think you are in some exotic holiday location. Has recently been voted the second best beach cafe in the world - surprised it did not come first! JLR score: 40/50
