“Lovely view, great food and welcoming service”
Reviewed 6 February 2014

The view from Cafe Victoria is amazing. Summer periods you got live music outside the cafe and its really nice to chill out... Service is warm and welcoming, best coffee on island... choice of food is massive and at the same time everything is fresh and tasty... reccomend to go there for nice coffee break or lunch...

“Lovely tea and cake”
Reviewed 3 January 2014

Nice refuge on a wet and windy day. Good range of food and drink on offer and attentive service. Also newspapers available to browse and plenty of tourist info to sift through.

“Nice Location, cake selection limited”
Reviewed 30 August 2013

After seeing reviews on TA I sought out this cafe. It was quite a trek up the hill to find it! The views are great from the terrace and it was lovely to sit outside to appreciate it. I was surprised that tea was not served in tea pots but as hot water in a cup with a tea bag. Also the cakes we had were rather ordinary, the carrot cake was uniced and the brownie rather dry.

“Beautiful view, great Guernsey cream on scones”
Reviewed 30 July 2013

We had finished the steep climb up to the cafe on our way to the museum. We had tea and scones with wonderful Guernsey cream. The scones were just okay, but the cream was wonderful. The view down to the harbor is really great.

“you are at the top”
Reviewed 10 June 2013

If you are staying at La Collinette this is a good stop as after a very nice light meal it is only a short walk from Cafe Victoria, but it does close at 5.p.m. It is also next door to the Tourist Information and Museum.
