This is a lovely hotel. Staff are great, although one morning the breakfast service was so bad (10 Sept at 0715) that I was obliged to take a cold buffet. Normally quick service, and pleasant waiters.
Do not accept a room facing the Le Pollett (High Street)., The screaming from outside a bar opposite, and the space outside the hotel, nightly went on from before midnight often until 2.00am. Ruined the stay. Surely the local authority could do something about this, it is nightly!
The rooms are lovely, the shops are near. Reception great. Meals excellent.
If it wasn't for the nightly racket at 'shut tap', it would be paradise.
I would recommend it with reservationsMore
