“Very enjoyable day on the water”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

Great way to see part of the island by sea, and the guide was very knowledgeable and gave a good description of the history, as well as current information about the sights.

“What a buzz!”
Reviewed 29 August 2013

Had a fantastic trip along the south and west coast of Guernsey on Bumblebee. The guys who crew the Bumblebee are great and make you feel welcome and safe. Robin has a wealth of knowledge about the coves and coastline, and he is both informative and entertaining! Skipper Dan and Robin work together well to make sure your trip is really enjoyable. It was a great way to see some of the more inaccessible beaches and hidden gems of the island. We have visited Guernsey many times, but never had the opportunity to view it from the sea. It certainly gives you a new perspective of Guernsey. Book up and head out with them, you won't regret it.

“Visiting Guernsey, don't miss this little gem.”
Reviewed 23 August 2013

We had a lovely cruise with these guys, we set off early evening for a trip around Guernsey's coast, a cheeky glass of bubbly, and an hour or two of good company, both Dan and Robin are personable, friendly and its a great way to see such a lovely Island. I believe they do Alderny trips too. We did the package with a meal afterwards, great value.

“Much overdue boat link and special”

I wish these Guys luck. Great new boat and personal approach. Only 6 passengers on boat from guernsey this morning. Alderney is a forgotten island and great to reach by sea.

“Busy Bumblebee.”
Reviewed 6 August 2013

This is the second year that the Bumblebee has been on the Island. She is a great little sea boat and is used as a ferry 4 days a week between Guernsey and Alderney(weather permitting) carrying about 14 passengers. Up to now it was the only way you could get a day trip to Alderney unless you flew. Unfortunately this trip to Alderney is now in jeopardy due to Sark Shipping seeing the growth in passengers by Bumblebee. From September Sark Shipping is going to run a service daily to Alderney with a much larger boat which will kill the service by Bumblebee and of course will also make it economically very difficult for Bumblebee to only give trips round the island which will be a shame as the boat and crew give such an excellent service.
This is a report from an islander

Thank you for your review. We have worked very hard to develop the Alderney market and we're very unhappy about new developments on the route. We cannot imagine that people will want to spend 3 hours getting to Alderney and we know the load factors will never fill the boat. The only question is how much damage will they do before they decide it's not worthwhile? Thank you for your support
