This was interesting to visit if you enjoy military history - there's plenty to be had here! Originally built to house huge tanks to refuel U-boats, it was never completed. It now displays lots of second world war militaria, alongside artefacts from other periods in Guernsey's history. The woman on the desk was a little snooty though - most places give concessions for children with special educational needs. Not here - she was adamant we should pay full price for our autistic son. We never expect discount but always ask if concessions are possible due to our son not really taking an interest or one of us having a whistle stop tour. Never mind!
