This restaurant has moved to its new location at the St. Pierre Park hotel relatively recently and it well worth a visit.

They use locally sourced produce to create some twists on real culinary classics that look amazing and taste better. The venue is nice inside and you can dine in the sun outside also.Service is friendly, attentive and excellent.

Went as a family on Sunday 16th June and had a really lovely meal. It was a totally relaxed affair, we felt "waited on" without the over obsequiesness you can get at some other St Peter Port establishments..... The welcome hostess was charming and the waiters extremely efficient and friendly. The food itself was very good. We all had lovely starters, I had an open prawn sandwich - but others in the party had vegetable soup served in a little cast iron pot, one had crab cakes - all very freshly prepared. I followed my starter with having beef from Meadowcourt Farm. It was so nice to get a "proper" helping too - something that has been missing in Guernsey for a while. So used to eating large portions in the UK of delicious food, it was something of a shock to return to Guernsey to find that in some restaurants over here, we have re-embraced the "tiny spot on a plate" routine again. Anyway - not here! Almost too much to finish. One of our party had to leave early - but his dessert was packed up for us to take away. The desserts are fabulous. Can't be doing with all the spun sugar cages, but they are an interesting addition anyway. There was no feeling of being rushed and our 2 1/2 year old grandson was one of many children in the restaurant - which was lovely to see. ( but why do some parents allow their children to be continuously plugged into iPads during a meal out with the family? I don't understand this mentality. What happened to talking to each other?) anyway - back to the food. Very good price for three course meal, and of course we will be happy to go back.

Highlight of the meal, as a keen baker, was of course the homemade bread. Absolutely delicious and served with Guernsey butter, yum.

I had too much choice on the menu but the vegetarian in our group was very limited by what they could have. Some annoying inconsistencies in the menu choices but have yet to have something that I haven't enjoyed immensely. Whatever you choose always make sure that you have room for a desert....they're a must.Yum.

Superb food, striking contemporary decor and prompt friendly service! The "Pavilion" platter (for "the indecisive" it says) was the highlight of my visit to Guernsey; the restaurant looks directly over the gardens and is well worth a visit

I've been there twice in the last couple of weeks and it's been ok but not as good as it could be. Staff are very pleasant but a bit disorganised, some of the food is lovely but some of it very average. It's got the potential to be fantastic but needs some work to improve on consistency and service.
