We had fantastic wild mushroom risotto with poached egg and a really yummy lemon and ginger creme brulee. Its not cheap but worth it. Service was friendly and attentive.

Ate here on Saturday night. We had a starter and main course, crab fish cake and duck spring roll, belly pork and scallops. The food was excellent, the service first class, attentive without being fussy. The only downside was the cost of drinks which seem to be exorbitant in Guernsey.

Went to The Pavilion in the Park recently with my family. Was really looking forward to this 'treat' but boy were we disappointed!
Tea was served- not particularly good, in fact tasteless
but surprisingly food was not served at the same time!?
We were not offered any choices or asked if we had any allergies or were vegetarians
and were served a cake containing nuts!-thankfully none of us are allergic to nuts

Were given a selection i.e. beef and salmon sandwiches that the children couldn't eat
-adding insult to injury the bread also seemed stale

Seemed to us that it was afternoon tea made from the left overs from lunch!
Also there was people smoking in the same area we were eating(outside dining area)
NEVER AGAIN- hope you find this helpful

Booked a table for a party of 7. The service was very poor only 3 serving staff for a Saturday night, couldn't cope, starters were ok, main course, ribeye steaks came in a huge frying pan and there was more fat then meat and they were cold, beef and ale pie was stone cold and we found a 2 inch piece of plastic in it, desserts were ok apart from the chocolate sponge pudding which was thick stodge. The manager or chef didn't show himself and after complaining the waiter didn't charge for desserts and coffee. The restaurant is beautifully decorated but maybe put some heat on next time, never going again, waster of money.

There were 18 of us and throughout the night we were made to feel welcomed, comfortable and well cared for. The food was fantastic and all of us had a lovely evening with good friends and colleagues in a warm atmosphere. Some of the highlights were the fresh bread and many items were local produce. A great evening and we would certainly recommend and go back.
