A lovely B&B with good accommodation, easy parking, excellent breakfast (the best we've ever had in a B&B) and very helpful and cheery proprietors. Close enough to walk down to the harbour. We would happily stay again.

Redlands Guest House is definitely a great find for a stay in Devon.
Peter was just so welcoming and no hesitation to offer some local tips and knowledge, but also just a genuinely lovely chap!
Sue makes a cracking breakfast. I am a fussy eater, but my, the breakfast was brilliant and the best sausages!
Our room was just what we needed. Nice size, comfy bed, good bathroom with shower.
Good location for Brixham, walking distance to the harbour but also short drive to Dartmout, Totnes (fab cake shop!), Berry Head (sensational views) and other lovely sights.
Thank you for a lovely stay, just what we needed.

Once again we were welcomed to the redlands Guest House in new road Brixham by Peter and Jan Goldsworthy. On arrival we noted that they had received the 'tripadvisor' Certificate of excellence in 2013. it was well deserved.
our stay this time was rather short but most enjoyable, especially the breakfast cooked to order by Jan, who I had to complement. others in our party had a kipper for breakfast and were surprised at the size of the fish(big). The location is a short walk into the town of brixham where the traditional sights and sounds of a fishing port still exist. the town has many gastro pubs and restaurants. So evening meals are not provided at redlands. all rooms are en suit. Parking is adequate.

Room Tip: Back rooms are quieter

Spotless, everything in the room you could possibly want, even a magnifying mirror that is a first.
come and go as you please with your own key, fantastic breakfast , what a choice we struggled to eat lunch each day, well maybe a cream tea late afternoon. It's on the No 12 bus route, so convenient we did not move our car for the 4 days we were there, also from Brixham another bus going to Kingswear minutes walk away so you can get a ferry to Dartmouth. Recommend, we will return next year. Also if you like to walk there are great walks in all directions.

Room Tip: I'm sure every other room was as good as ours, very comfy bed.

Just returned from a four night stay with Jan and Peter, a very friendly couple. The guest house is spotless and in a very convenient position for local bus stops. Our room was comfortable with a good size ensuite. You would not go hungry at breakfast.

The Redlands guest house is in a perfect spot for Brixham town, Harbour & bus routes to Paignton & Torquay. Jan & Peter are very welcoming. friendly & take time to speak to each of the guests. The guest house is very comfortable, quiet & scuplously clean. The breakfasts are well cooked and at a time that suits your own needs. No complaints whatsoever would recommend to anyone & definately would stay there again.

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the road but the traffic was no problem
