This place is full to the brim with intersting stuff, some antiques some less so, but worth the browse if you are in Ashburton. Lots of antique shops here!

This little shop is brilliant fun! Despite its diminutive size, Tom Wood Antiques and Coins has enough pots, pictures, jewellery, silverware and coins to keep you entertained for hours.

Ancient coins and artifacts lie amongst old pots, paintings, jewellery and memorabilia. Can't help but walking out with something unusual and special. Bought an ancient Chinese Buda, handmade pottery and antique jewellery.

Tom Wood's shop is definitely worth a visit. We peered in his window every time we walked by, and were keen to get in when the shop was open. He has an incredible range of fascinating wares, from lovely Japanese prints to Victorian jewelry and antique Maltese brass door knockers, as well as his specialty: antique coins.

The shop is tiny but everywhere you look there is something attractive, eccentric or entrancing.
