“Great route of interest with pub en route”
Reviewed 23 April 2014 via mobile

Great cycle route that we experienced part of
Yuu needn't start at the beginning and we joined near the first viaduct and parked in a side street
Easy cycling and pub about 500m off the route down a moderately steep track
Lovely picturesque scenery
Highly recommended

“More to it if you look”
Reviewed 11 March 2014

I have seen a review that says there is not much to do but I say there is, great views, if you go off line a little there is meldon viaduct, meldon dam and lake, further down the army camp on the moor, the views are fantastic. Then there is sourton church and cream teas, pull off and under the lake viaduct and go to the Bearslake inn, great food and very friendly staff

If you look you will see the Way has a lot to offer if you care to take the time to look.

“Brilliant for walkers, cyclists and wheelchairs.”
Reviewed 24 February 2014

This is miles of disused railway that has been upgraded with a hard surface which is suitable for winter walking when the moors are saturated, it runs along a beautiful part of Dartmoor and goes for miles and miles, it is a well used cycle track and very suitable and accessible for wheel chair uses, it is flat and has many little ponds, seats and views to enjoy.

“Easy walk”
Reviewed 18 January 2014

The recent completion of The Granite Way makes an easy walk along this part of Dartmoor. I believe it is part of the Dartmoor Way which is a circular 95 mile path that encircles Dartmoor - one to take on as a challenge for walkers and bikers

Used to live near here walked it every day with dogs, great views,
interesting whatever the weather.
Cyclists can creep up on you wish they would ring their bells (most don't have one)
