“Very nice place, and yes, I'll be back!”
Reviewed 5 September 2011

The house is well situated, with a nice view over beautiful Dawlish, easy to reach both by car or by foot from the railway station. Tony and Carolyn will welcome you in their spotlessly clean home. They are paying great attention to their guests'satisfaction, making a stay at Lammas Park House an enjoyable experience.

We were originally booked into a nearby guest house but a mix up with double booking meant we were re-directed to this B&B, and we were very glad Tony and Carol were able to take us in at such short notice!
Our twin room was beautifully fitted out, with facilities such as TV/tea & coffee making etc nicely incorporated into the room. It was spotlessly clean with a great en-suite. There is an amazing sea view, and the B&B is a short walk from the town centre, beach etc. with some lovely restaurants and easy access to the coastal paths. It makes a great base for trips further afield too.
Tony and Carol are very welcoming, full of local knowledge and recommendations which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is fantastic - wide choice to suit any taste or appetite!
This is one of the nicest places I have stayed in and I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

We originally booked the Oxford suite for four nights but liked it so much we stayed for five nights. A beautiful and very spacious room with superb sea views. Large bed and comfortable chairs and a settee. A very large dressing room adjoins the bedroom with a toilet, wash basin and power shower. Carol and Tony were the perfect hosts, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfasts cooked to order were excellent. A perfect b&b and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We stayed at Lammas Park House for 2 nights and couldn't fault it. Our room (Oxford Suite) was large, airy and well decorated with a lovely view accross the town and out to sea - a perfect place to relax. As the B&B only has 3 rooms it was quiet and the hosts were helpful without being intrusive. The breakfast, which was cooked to order, was excellent. We would definitely recommend this B&B as excellent value for money.

This is a very small family run B&B hotel in Dawlish (Devon, England), located a short walk from the beach and with amazing views of the sea. There are two very large and exceedingly comfortable rooms with king beds, and a smaller twin room with two single beds. All three rooms are beautifully fitted out, spotlessly clean, emaculately maintained, and have en suite bathrooms. There is a TV/DVD in each room, coffee facilities and a good (and free) WIFI network. The hotel is run by Tony and Carol Morgan, who go out of their way to make their guests feel relaxed and at home. They put on a wonderful made-to-order breakfast which is second-to-none. This is really one of the most pleasant and comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot), more a home than a hotel actually, and a terrific place for a relaxing holiday. Considering the quality of the rooms it is also very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend Lammas Park House too highly, and congratulate Tony and Carol for creating this delightful place.
