On holiday from Perth West Australia. We were a party of 10 and we hadn't booked, we were told that there were no tables available., even though the girl never bothered to look. We were about to walk out when we saw a couple of tables free we asked if we could sit at different tables which they said ok to. Then ordering food i asked if my 6 year old could have the kids sausages with mash instead of chips or new potatoes. We were told no that wasn't possible, even though again the same girl did not ask the kitchen. I fail to see how hard it can be mash some potatoes. My other children ordered the kids cheese burgers when it came there was no cheese, so I told the waitress. She took it away sprinkled some shredded cheese not melted and handed it back to them. We had checked the menu online before we left which listed they did steak for extra hungry kids but when I mentioned this to the staff they said they didn't know anything about that. The only explanation that was given that it was the winter menu. The food ordered by the adults was quite nice but unfortunately with the other problems that we encountered with quite frankly staff bordering on rude it wasn't a pleasant dining experience. They need to re think the statement made at the bottom of the menu. "We try to cater to all your dietary requirements. Please do not hesitate to ask we will try to fulfil your request". They should train there staff so this actually happens and they couldn't even make some mash, says it all.
