“Excellent stay at Snowdrop Cottage”

The cottage is like home for home, well equipped and relaxing. It has everything you need for a self catering break. Owners are welcoming and friendly. Would not hesitate to return and to recommend this cottage to anyone. Beautiful scenery and lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area. Excellent tea rooms around, particularly Lee Abbey Tea Gardens and Winsford Bridge tea gardens.

Just what we needed. A very peaceful and relaxing holiday. The cottage was excellent with everything we needed. Owners were very welcoming. Our dog Ozzy had the time of his life running across the moors. Best wishes and many thanks,
Steve, Lee and Ozzy

“3 days not enough”

Just got home after 3 days stay with husband and the dog in Snowdrop cottage on Court Farm, Exford. Delightful cottage with everything you could need. We were greeted by David's wife and shown around, there was milk in the fridge and logs for the fire. David (and their dogs!) introduced themselves later. We were very comfortable- lit the log burner one night and it was so cosy although did not really need it as centrally heated. Quiet and peaceful - the only thing that woke us was the dawn chorus !. Ideal place to stay for a couple and dog and central for Exmoor walks.

“Perfectly relaxing!”

I was looking to get away for a couple of nights on my own with just my dog on Exmoor for some peace and quiet. I found Snowdrop Cottage online and read the reviews and it looked perfect. I sent an email off and I received a reply within 10 minutes.
What can I say! It's a beautiful little place, just perfect for what I was looking for..... Dog friendly, ideally situated just minutes from Exford. I went into the village one night with my dog to the local pub and was made feel very welcome, had a lovely venison pie & chips with a pint of Exmoor ale!
Had some great walks too, Dunkery Beacon, Withypool to Tarr Steps amongst others.
The cottage itself was perfect, had everything I needed, a lovely hot bath after long walks, a log burner!! Even wi-fi!!!!
And last but not least I must mention David the owner was the most friendly and helpful person you could ever meet!
I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay and I will definitely be back!
