This was our first trip to this restaurant and will not be our last. The food was lovely and the fish (sea bass) cooked perfectly - and one of the freshest fishes I have ever tasted. I loved the pernod sauce that came with the fish, not too heavy. My husband's steak was also done exactly as he liked it. Special mention must also go to the Lemon Tart dessert. It was wonderful, quite tart but balanced by the sweet berry sauce that came with it and great pastry. The Chef Olivier came and spoke to us after service. We had a great chat about fishing and also scuba diving around the Jurassic coast. I was trying to find out where he dives for scallops ;-) We also met some very nice diners who were local to the area and visit the restaurant frequently and our waiter was good too…. Not cheap but when gets what one pays for here. We will definitely be back when in the area again. Highly recommended.
