We were advised by friends in Exmouth to stay at this B and B. On arrival, we were very warmly welcomed and were provided with cold drinks, free of charge, because it was a very warm day. This is a delightful, period property, but with modern conveniences. Our bedroom was light and airy as well as spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable. There was off-road parking and the town and sea-front were just a short walk away. This place represents great value for money and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area. Give it a try. It's great!

I spent two days in May at this B and B. Friendly welcome, confy room and good breakfast! Convenient situation for walking to seafront and town! It is situated on the main road into town but set back! I had a room at the back overlooking the garden but I was not aware of road noise! Parking available! I would stay there again!

Room Tip: Ask for a room at the back overlooking garden if you don't like road noise!

Myself, my mum, my mother in law, my sister in law and my 4 month old daughter stayed here for 2 nights end of may. On arrival we were greeted warmly and from that moment on the owner did so much for us she went beyond any expectations. We were down visiting my fiance in the marines and she helped guide us and gave us things to do. After a walk 1 morning in the summer sun we came back and the owner offered us a jug of cold water as we were so hot. Most places wouldnt do this as they have lots of other guests but these personal touches added to our amazing weekend. The bnb itself was immaculate. Professionally clean and tidy. We used their travel cot and that was in excellent condition too. We are thoroughly pleased with our stay and will most definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

The room was superb, the host was very welcoming and the hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast in the morning was spot on. It was helpful to have parking outside the hotel and when we arrived after a long journey, 2 chocolate roll slices awaited us, this was a nice touch.

A very warm welcome. Very clean, comfortable en-suite room and it was a nice touch to find that cake had been left along with the tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals and juices as well as yoghurts and a substantial freshly cooked full English. More tea/coffee/toast was readily available if we required it. We certainly didn't need to eat until late afternoon. Plenty of off street parking even though the guest house was full. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends visiting the Exmouth area. Thanks Paula and Gary and the very pleasant young ladies serving at breakfast.
