We have a wonderful nights stay in Exmouth. The B&B was friendly, clean and very reasonably priced. We were made to feel at home immediately on arrival.

I was given a very warm welcome from Dave who let me choose from 2 rooms upon arriving one with a double and a single bed in and one with a kingsize bed in, as I had previously mentioned that my partner is 6 ft 4 so they wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. There was a good choice of cooked breakfast for the morning, fresh coffee, orange juice and cereal! The room we chose had a television, en suite, tea and coffee making facilities and a wardrobe. Debbie and Dave made us feel very welcome, my partner explained that we had come for the weekend away due to him being in training in Lympstone (not far away) and he didn't have to be back until late on Sunday evening, and I had driven from East Sussex to come and see him, so Debbie and Dave kindly allowed us to stay in the room longer than normal which as extremely helpful to us as it meant we could spend a lot more time together without the stress of not having a base. Exmouth was a lovely place and I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at the aslema with friends of ours, we had 2 double rooms, and stayed for 2 nights,
We found the rooms very clean and confortable, the breakfast was very very good, DEBBIE and DAVE were really friendly and could'nt do enough for you. We were just sorry that we could only stay 2 days, perhaps we can go again but stay longer next time.

This was the best B&B we have stayed in for ages with a wonderful reception, reserved parking, rooms that were clean and tidy and a breakfast to die for.

What a lovely couple. Cannot ask for more with very reasonable rates

Thank you for making it a special weekend

My Wife and I spent two nights at Aslema in february,it was very clean and comfortable, served with an excellant breakfast. We felt that a guest lounge would be advantages as there would be some where comfortable to sit during winter months shelterd from the outside elements. DEBBIE and DAVE were welcoming and friendly hosts [even thought Dave supported CHELSEA FOOTBALL team].

I stayed at the Aslema, Exmouth last July with a friend of mine, she had a double room which she shared with her son and I had a single room, both rooms were really nice and our stay there was so nice that I made a point of telling them that I would write a positiove review on the Trip Advisor website. Time has flown by and it is only now that I have got round to writing the review, this is because, instead of just leaving it as a lot of time has passed by, I am sending this now because we both feel very sytrongly that this lovely Guest House should definately get a mention, better late than never, as they say. The couple that run it are lovely and nothing was too much trouble, even to the point of them mending my friends son's sunglasses, without being asked, which was very kind of them. Excellent value for money, good breakfast and exceptionally friendly without being over powering as some hosts can be. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The location is great being just 5 mins from the sea in one direction and 5 mins to the shops and town centre in the other direction. Highly recommended. We would definately stay there again if we are ever in Exmouth again

Room Tip: My frind booked a double room and mine was a single room they were both on the same floor, the singl...
