“great place to stop after a walk along the beach”
Reviewed 13 August 2014

Visited recently having never been to Exmouth before. Walked along the beach in superb weather and came across Posh by happy accident. We had afternoon tea/cakes here but there were lots of happy customers having meals and snacks. Food looked appetising. Reasonable prices ( its not cheap) but well worth it for the view and helpful staff. Certainly recommended

“Great place for lunch!”
Reviewed 12 August 2014

We have now been twice to Posh - and both times have been excellent. The first time we had been on a longish walk and were very hungry.... and saw Posh at the Pavillion. We are so glad we went in. The second time (just two weeks later!) we were out with family, and it just seemed like the logical choice!

There is plenty of seating, and if you want to sit outside, you get to feel as though you are in the lovely gardens just next door. If you don't sit outside, there are still tables with lovely views out!

It is an "order at the food bar" and then "order at the drinks bar" situation - but it works, and doesn't really slow things down.

There is a good choice of food - and we can heartily recommend the sandwiches (generous fillings) and a small side salad, coleslaw and crisps come with them!.... and if you have room, the chips are lovely!!

This is a great choice if you want somewhere that anyone could find something they would like, to be served efficiently and all at a good price!

We will be going back - like locals and holidaymakers obviously do!

“Worth a visit”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 via mobile

Bit pricey but good food and good size portions. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We ordered two kids picnic boxes that included a yoghurt, however no yogurts were available so the manager popped out to the shops to get some which was a nice touch.

“Glad we called in!”
Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

We stopped in Exmouth en-route to Sidmouth, had a very pleasant walk along the sea front and chanced across the 'posh'. We were pleasantly surprised -not quite sure why!- with the service, the price & the light lunches we had. Certainly recommend the home made fish finger sandwich - very nice indeed!
