We have been having annual holidays at Devon cliffs for 5 years and finally had the opportunity to visit this lovely property for an evening meal. The inside is cosy and unless you book you may not get a table as it's so popular , so we sat outside and enjoyed the sunshine. The menu had a good selection and the food was lovely. My partner even met the landlord who is a very down to earth man, friendly and says it like it is (which is obviously not to some peoples liking!!! Lol). It was only other customers that let it down ...some old woman complaining that there were children in the restaurant (well it says outside families welcome and what do you expect at a family holiday location ...if you don't like children book a saga holiday !) and some other parents letting their children pick the stunning flowers (and then lying about it when asked not to)... The landlord and his wife spend a lot of time making this garden pretty, so have some respect!!! A lovely place and staff are very polite and helpful and although they are small and were very busy we were not kept waiting. Will be going back again for sure!
