We've been to 3 different Haven sites - this is the 2nd best according to the kids; our favourite is Doniford Bay - Somerset. The main reason for this is that it is smaller which means the likelihood of meeting/making friends for the kids is so much easier.
That said, Devon Cliffs has so much going for it. The park is massive - we were lucky to be staying on Elms - which was part way between the entertainment area and the beach. Ab-fab location. We had a platinum caravan - well worth it; as an absolute minimum we would normally have the prestige (stayed in other varieties but if you are going 'out of season' like Easter or October half term, you need a better caravan to ensure that you keep warm!).
The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic, in particular the gate/security guys.
The indoor pool and slides were excellent - something for all age groups.
My kids loved the amusement area and soft play/climbing area near to the sports bar.
There are loads of on-site food places - pizza was particularly good; the shop is typically more expensive than a supermarket ( Tesco's isn't too far away - if you want to stock up).
The beach was so wonderful - the sand is golden, it's true there is some seaweed, but walk around it, it doesn't ruin the experience. Try the coastal walks - signposted from the beach area - wonderful.
We had free WiFi as part of our package - the signal isn't great, so at times we struggled. Signal is particularly good just outside of Mash and Barrel eatery.
All in all, a fantastic place to visit, I would definately go again.
