Had two lovely days at Youngcombe farm this weekend. Comfortable, clean, and very peaceful! off the beaten track but worth the journey down the narrow lanes to get there. Sally and Michael were perfect hosts and their house and garden are a joy! breakfast served piping hot! and also plenty of choice of cereals, yogurt and fruit. Room was a good size, with a very nice en suite. we will choose Youngcombe again when we re visit the area

Room Tip: we had the en suite double and it was lovely!

The previous reviewers have said it all, we enjoyed our stay in this little gem.
"A lovely B&B in a very quiet, and definitely 'off the beaten track' part of South Devon. The room was very comfortable and clean, with all the facilities needed (including wi-fi), excellent breakfasts and extremely friendly hosts"
Although off the beaten track its only a few minutes drive to Bidbury, Hope cove and Salcombe, with a lovely walk around the local fields before breakfast.

We stayed one night. Directions to get to Youngcombe Farm and confirmation of booking was very efficient. The room had a lovely view of the extensive gardens set in very peaceful surroundings. Bedroom was not ensuite, (but lovely bathroom just across the corridor), but was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed an excellent english breakfast in the owner's lovely dining room and they made us feel very welcome, together with their adorable dogs.

I booked Youngcombe b&b for elderly family friends visiting the area & I was really impressed with the correspondence prior to their arrival. Sally, the owner, was efficient in her email replies to me & in contacting the guests.
Upon arrival, our friends told me how beautiful the b&b was, how clean their room was, & again, how accommodating & hospitable Sally was. And breakfast the nrxt morning was outstanding too!
Our friends would certainly recommend Youngcombe b&b to others.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April 2013. The garden and surroundings are very pleasant. The bedroom was large and comfortable and so was the en-suite bathroom. A warm welcome from the host and excellent breakfasts. It was good to be able to watch the birds on the feeders outside the window whilst eating.
We had dinner our first night. A few more veg and slightly more meat would have been appreciated but overall it was perfectly acceptable. The wi-fi was very useful.
As mentioned by others, access is along narrow lanes with few passing places but it wasn't really a problem.

We stayed at Youngcombe Farm, Kingsbridge, Devon for 2 nights at the end of September 2012. Our hosts gave the three of us and our small dog a lovely warm welcome and their own dog is a real cutey!! Rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was hot water any time of the day. Although hidden in the depths of the countryside, Youngcombe Farm is well worth the effort to get there. A fabulous garden and SO peaceful. Breakfasts were leisurely and ample. Our (almost) 21 year old daughter was very impressed and we would recommend this B & B to any age group unless you are looking for the 'bright lights of city life'.

Room Tip: All rooms have a pleasant aspect so it really doesn't matter which one you have. Our room was en...
