Nice to be woken up on a Sunday morning with the church bells,
Enjoyed stay, cottage very warm and cosy and has everything you might need. Owner very helpful. Will definitely stay again. Wonderful.
Had a lovely long weekend in Beaminster the cottage was delightful and charming everything you could wish for. We will be going back for a longer break next summer.

The cottage is located on a quiet street in Beaminster. The cottage met all our needs during our stay. It was easy walking distance to stores, cafes and the village bakery.
We have just got back from a weekend at the cottage and we had a brilliant stay. It's a lovely cottage and surprisingly roomy. All the appliances worked well and the house was spotlessly clean, we even commented that it was probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in! Beaminster is lovely and the street the cottage is on is particularly charming. It's also a good base for exploring Dorset and East Devon and parking outside the cottage was easy, we always found a space. There are no negatives to the cottage (I suppose wifi might have been nice but it's also nice to "get away from it all!) and we loved our stay.
Easy to find, quiet, homely, comfortable, clean, well equipped, cottage. Certainly suitable for two, maybe four. Double bed (comfy) and a pull-out sprung base sofa bed (comfy too).
Church bells chimed every quarter hour which we liked but may not be to every-ones taste. They were not intrusive, you could hear them but it was a gentle chime.
Nice garden to be enjoyed, lovely countryside, good walking/rambling and close to several beaches (not fantastic sand but great views and worth a visit)
