Friendly, helpful reception. The room was spotless and fresh, with a good sized en-suite. All the facilities I needed. I did not have a sea view, but as the weather was foggy, that would have been a waste anyway. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented with all the usual choices. I shall book again with them on my next visit to the area.

Room Tip: At peak holiday periods, I would want a room that does not face on to the Forty Foot Way.

Stayed for three nights with family. The B&B has four guest rooms and as there were seven adults and two babies we booked all four rooms.
Rooms were basic but very clean. Clean towels each day and beds made up. Everyone in our party commented how comfortable the beds were. Good English breakfast each morning.
Located very close to beach and main resort so ideally located especially for us as we had two babies to push around. There were four parking slots at the front which are exclusively for the B&B.
Bill was friendly and accommodating to our needs.
All in all, basic, clean and very good value. Would certainly not hesitate in staying there again.

very welcoming on arrival however on the morning we left we packed our car 2 hrs before we were due to vacate our room so they could if wanted to go in and clean i asked if we could leave car for 1 hr and would be back well in our time to leave, we were met with such rudeness we will never stop here again, bill must put on a good act at start of holiday and be gal to see back of you when you leave this is the way we were treated, and it spoilt our break away he was very very rude indeed

The good points: it was central and warm.
However, they scrimped on the bog roll (one day we were in the embarrassing position of having to ask for more loo roll - you think they'd have got the hint, but no, the scrimping on toilet roll continued). The variety of drinks in the rooms was poor, just tea and coffee, no drinking chocolate, not enough teabags or milks. One biscuit each appeared on the first day but then they weren't replenished after that.
The bed itself became more uncomfortable with each passing night because the undersheet didn't fit well.
No visitors book.
We've stayed in a lot of B & B's and so have a lot to compare with and we just didn't think this was up to 4 Stars. It's the small touches and generosity that can make or break a stay.

Stayed at Seacroft for 3 nights and found Bill and Diane very friendly and welcoming. They advised us on places to visit and the best places to eat locally. Our room was very clean and bright with tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. West Bay and surrounding area is very lovely. Very noisy sea gulls but you are on the coast.
