Hi Geraldine and Howard...We three couples from Essex had an absolutely fantastic 3 night stay at Willowhayne whilst visiting friends for a 60th birthday. The rooms were lovely, with great views, en suites were spotless and the breakfasts were a delight. You were the perfect hosts; warm and friendly and helped to make a fantastic long weekend into one that we will talk about for many years. The farm is beautiful, the location ideal for relaxing (we didn't get much of that done!!) and close to wonderful beaches and countryside. Great llittle touches, such as fresh milk in the guest fridge and torches for walking back at night from the local pubs. We'd highly recommend you to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank you both. Vicly, Michael, John, Ann, Kevin & Hillary.

Hi Geraldine & Howard many thanks for a fantastic stay (3 days 14/09/12). We can't fault the service and friendly warm welcome we received, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms with great en-suite shower very good quality bed and bedding. Best Breakfast (especially) the HOME MADE MARARLADE ! . The location is perfect for walking , fishing, fossle hunting, great food in the Greoge and Anchor pubs plus the crab sandwiches at The Bay Tree tea house. All this making our stay at Willowhayne Farm a wonderful tree days and one we will be repeating, highly recommended by us it seemed that our hosts even laid on the sun , nothing to much trouble . Thank you both Alan/Lesley/Derek/Denise .

Room Tip: All rooms fantastic !

Can only praise this B&B. Clean airy room with pristine en-suite shower room and exceptionally comfortable bed. Well-cooked breakfast with lots of choice, and pleasant and welcoming hosts. Very quiet location despite the busy road through the main part of the village. Lots of walks in the vicinity and plenty of nearby pubs for meals (The George is particularly to be recommended).

Recommended by a friend we certainly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Willowhayne Farm. A peaceful rural location, if only the fog had cleared we could have appreciated the views. Geraldine & Howard were charming and informative hosts, with a well cooked breakfast, excellent bedroom & bathroom, we plan to return later in the year.

Spent 3 nights there as a main base for some fossil hunting. Very quiet, clean and fantastic hosts. The breakfast was really fresh and abundant. Geraldine and Howard gave us lots of tips about the area and what to do. They made us feel like we were visiting family. Will definitely come back.
