Took off from here in a hot air balloon in 2011 and wanted to go back and try the restaurant. Went 12.02.2104 and very good it was too. Good, fresh honest fayre and reasonably priced too.

Love coming here for breakfast or brunch... either way the food is always yummy and locally sourced.

The only thing that lets it down is it's service... we have waited over an hr before for x2 sandwiches which isn't acceptable and had to send coffees back a few times as they haven't been hot!!

BUT never the less it's close to home and the food is good... when it eventually arrives

Go to Waitrose Gillingham and spend time there. See how the staff treat their customers. Then go back to your shop and cafe and re-train your staff. Twice i have been offended by them. They seem to exude a curt and self important attitude that is repelling. I won't be visiting your shop again.

Having been to a number of their 'special' evenings, which they hold about 8 times a year, I can vouch for the very good food and very good value they represent. Their wine is also excellent value and good quality. They tend to have theme evenings, such as Greek, Spanish, Italian etc.... may sound a bit tacky but they are not and the food really is very good with a nice choice.

Their breakfasts are also good and again they frequently have offers available via the local press or from their website (and for lunch)
