Walked in to an unwelcome atmosphere. Never felt so uncomfortable eating with my children. Were made to feel like common muck if the children spoke. Food was over priced for what was given and was bland and disgusted in their so called cooking.

We decided to go to the Kings Arms this evening. We are a family of four and I felt I must write a review for this superb pub in Stoborough. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 1830 and we thought that we would avoid the rush.. we were wrong as it was already very busy. That said, I think it is a good sign when a pub is busy. Anyway, the food - the food was great and not long to wait either. My daughter had a smaller version of the curry which wasn't actually very small. It came with naan bread, onion baji and mint yoghurt. We also had the lasagne with garlic bread, a venison burger and a mousakka. Each meal was carely prepared, tasted excellent and very well presented. We had icecream, eton mess and coffee for dessert. The price for four of us with drinks was around £65 which we thought was fairly reasonable. We will be confident to recommend the Kings Arms at Stoborough.

This was our second visit and it was mid-week. We were surprised how busy the restaurant was with most tables taken. So be sure to book in advance. There is a large car park.
The food was really well prepared and presented. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
You will not be disappointed here. For the over all standard achieved - prices are reasonable.
In the pub the London Pride is fair to middlin. They have some work to do to get the beer as great as the restaurant food.

Food was excellent, although I do miss the mushroom pastry special they used to do.
Service and staff was slow mainly due to being packed and freshly cooked. Tables could with being round so you can talk to larger parties.
