The Best Cavery, disliked nothing. have already booked to eat there again with friends. In a perfect world the room could be cooler, but i hear they are installing A/C for the summer

Having "over"visited all the cheap takeaway places in wareham I was pleased to find a place I could have a proper meal for a takeaway price !
The food was fantastic and the service was unbeatable.
Would recommend it to anyone

We had a lovely meal with excellent customer service (which is hard to find in some places). I thought the meal was great value for money and will definitely go back to! Great range of meats and vegetables and choice of deserts! Well done to the owners!

Our meal tonight was perfect. We were made so welcome by the owner and chef - good customer service is hard to find. These staff are obviously proud of their business and work. Carvery was great - apple crumble special was really good...to be recommended. We wish them all the best with this new venture and hope it supported by locals and visitors- wish we'd visited months ago!!

Based on the reviews on TA, we decided to try out this place rather than go to our usual Sunday haunt. We hadn't booked a table but thought that as it was just before 12.00 we may be lucky.
The manager told us that we could have a table at 12.00, but that we would have to wait outside, because they weren't prepared yet and come back in at 12.00. We are 3 pensioners, one is 80, and it was raining !!!! According to the notice on the door, opening time was 10.00, but that is a by-the-way, as to not allow us to wait inside was very poor customer service.
Did we stand in the rain for 5 minutes ? No, we went to the Old Granary, where we were greeted with the usual warm welcome.
Will be book at table at the Saxon in order to 'give it a go' ? No, customer service is key !
