Starter: Broad bean, mozarella, pea, mint and lemon salad served on grilled slice of frenh bread surpassed expectations.
Main course: Pork tenderloin, served pink with a variety of beans, potatoes, capers, was just perfect
Dessert: lemon posset with strawberries and a basil shortbread - what a shame there were no seconds!
A superb meal from the start which just got better with each course.

My husband and had lunch, the ladies who worked there couldn't have been any nicer and the food was really nice, would not hesitate in recommending the restaurant :-)

My husband and I had lunch at The Tickled Pig and what a wonderful meal it was. Everything freshly cooked and beautifully presented. We had sourdough bread and olives as a starter and both had steak chips and salad as a main course. All very tasty and some of the best chips I have ever had. My husband had the chocolate mousse and I had summer fruits with G &T sorbet, both excellent. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and the venue itself is great. Absolutely couldn't find any fault in our lunch and I don't say that very often. Thanks.

Just had the most wonderful fresh seasonal lunch. Staff are charming and helpful, and obviously proud of the mainly locally sourced food. Inventive combinations, who would think delicious home made crumpets would team so well with delicate sardines, and a salsa like a splash of Monet across the plate. The buttermilk bread so light to soak up the rich potted shrimps, and the home grown salad/flowers really fresh that day, as were the unusual veg combination from their own patch.
Just had to see if the desserts came up to scratch, and they were fresh and delicious, as was the whole meal.
Just returned from France and the Tickled Pig put many of the Michelin one star restaurants to shame.
A real gem of a restaurant, Wish it was my local, and well worth the drive over from Bournemouth.

Went for our Anniversary meal. It was a Monday night and we had the £20 menu. Starter of celery, apple, walnut and blue cheese. Followed by Fish burger with chips and salad then pudding of Strawberry crumble.
All really tasty, portion size just right. Cannot wait to come back and try their full menu.
Staff really friendly and explained all the dishes.
Thanks for making our night special. Will see you all again soon. Rachel & Dan Baylis
