Four generations of my family stayed for 4 nights , it's been several years since our last visit and Jennifer the manager remembered us all. The apartments are spotlessly clean the welcome pack is brilliant . There is golf clubs and beach equipment that you can borrow. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook a meal . Overall a fantastic holiday

Thank you and I am so sorry but I seem to have overlooked posting a reply. It is good to get to know all the family and I hope that you will be back

We were given a very friendly welcome from the management. The apartment is spacious, light, cosy, spotless and is furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is very well equipped and a welcome back is provided on arrival. The view from the front glass wall is stunning! It is positioned in the perfect spot for walking in the Antrim Glens, and there are a number of fabulous walks nearby. The coastal road is pleasant as the views are amazing. When the weather was not so good, we had plenty to entertain us - sky tv, wifi, ipod dock, stereo, dvd, or just sitting looking out to sea!

Room Tip: We stayed in No.2, which was a 1 bed apartment. it is downstairs, so view was great. The bed was very comfy.

Let me start by saying we love these apartments and this was our second visit (though a couple of years apart). Jennifer was great and very attentive, the apartments are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The very fact that the kitchen has the basics when you arrive (milk, bread, tea and coffee etc) speaks volumes.

The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to the Sky TV was very old and only had a few channels, & the wifi is only available at the very back of the apartment. Whilst we did not go there to watch TV or surf the net, travelling with a 4 and 6 year old we spent every evening there and so would have appreciated more up to date TV and internet facilities.

The final point is the bed in the master bedroom; it is 2 singles pushed together and they were not the comfiest. In a 3 bedroom family apartment I would have expected at the very least one double/king size bed.

These are only minor points and we would without any doubt stay here again.

Hello and thank you so much for your review. We really value these comments as they then allow us to improve our product. I am sorry that the WiFi let you down. We have discovered only this week that the very thck soundproofing in the apartments was the problem and have now installed 'home hubs' which seem to have resolved the issue. FreeSat receivers are now being installed in each apartment which will give more channels hopefully. I assure you that we will look at the bed issue as well although we have found that more guests require the twin beds than a double - sorry. I look forward to your next visit and hope that it will be in the ery near future.

Beautifully maintained and stylish apartments. It is obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the decor and furnishings. The accommodation is very spacious & warm with views of the Coast that are second to none. The manager of the apartments "Jennifer" was extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was any trouble to her. The apartments are just a 30 minute drive from Belfast and are in a perfect location for touring round "The Glens Of Antrim". There are beautiful walks, Golf Courses,Carnfunnock Fishing all close at hand. The local town has both the Halfway House and Castle Hotel, where you can go for a bite to eat or a cool drink. We had two young children with us and they loved the apartments and surrounding area. Overall I would highly recomend Ballygally Holiday Apartments as a place to stay on The Antrim Coast !!!!

We have stayed in these apartments several times as we have family in N.Ireland. We have stayed with another couple and on previous occasions with children. We have stayed in nearly all the apartments. The ones downstairs have the best view as the windows are bigger with the floor to ceiling windows but we have stayed in one of the apartments upstairs and it was still lovely. It was just a few days after Christmas when we stayed in the one upstairs and it was very cosy as it had a fireplace and fire and also Jennifer had put a Christmas tree in all the apartments which was a lovely touch. We first stayed in them 7 years ago and on average have stayed once a year ever since when going over for family christenings and weddings.

The Apartments are immaculate and very well equipped. The location is excellent for visiting all the fantastic places on the Antrim Coast such as the Giants Causeway and Carrick a Rede Rope Bridge. Jennifer, the Manager, always makes us very welcome. There is a BBQ that can be used and this must be the best place in the world to have a BBQ with the view of the Antrim Coast. It is good that the Spar shop in Ballygally has now opened again as it closed for a while and it is very handy although does not sell alcohol.

Last time we went we arranged for our shopping to be delivered from ASDA shortly after arriving and this was great as the last thing we wanted to do after our journey was go shopping. However, as previous people have mentioned Jennifer always leaves a welcome pack so you can at least have a cuppa when you arrive. There is always plenty of dishwasher tablets and things like that so you don't have to worry about taking them.

My only reluctance is recommending these apartments to people is that they will get booked up even more and we won't be able to get in!!
