Use the wee Chippy on a regular basis, always find the food fresh, hot & fantastic!!
Today for 1st time had High Tea in their Bakehouse, behind the wee Chippy, came out like an overfed panda, but in the best possible way, so many little cakes, scones, pancakes to choose from, little pot of fresh cream & lovely jam.

Would visit every other day if the waistline could take it!! as the platefuls keep you going for 2 days

Fantastic treat keep up the great work

There's several places in Anstruther where one may enjoy a fish and chip supper and I've tried most ot them. When it first opened, it soon gained a very good reputation: and I wish I could say I enjoyed what I was offered on my last visit.
Even though orders are taken by rote the chips were tough and lacking in flavour. Golden brown they were not( and they should be) And there was something not quite right with the flavour of the fish.
I'd really much rather write a Good Review but, in my view, standards have slipped. I hope they get it spot on for the coming Tourist season!

The Wee Chippy might not be as well known as the big chippy down the road but that does not matter at all. The fish here is firm wrapped in crispy batter and the chips are tasty. Try the home made tartar sauce as well. The Bakehouse tea room at the rear of the chippy is also excellent for high tea, toasties and baked potatoes. The high teas are particularly good - served with lots of hot toast and home made cakes.

This is a great wee chip shop, the staff are very friendly, it is very busy at peak times and the food is great i recommend the red pudding, local to the Fife area.
