Once more we could enjoy a stay here and got a very warm welcome from Graham and Edna. The view from the "seaview" room with the private bathroom (incl. bathtub) is stunning and there's nothing better to see when you wake up. Only the very best breakfast ever that awaits you can unglue you from the view. Freshly made Scones from Edna are just brillant and the coffee is a special treat as well (you don't get a good coffee everywhere) along with the lovely chats. Have to come back for a longer stay as Crail is a great place and the Honeypot makes it even better!

We could not have had a warmer welcome when we arrived drenched having been walking in the rain for a couple of hours on the amazing fife coastal path.
Very comfortable, excellent breakfast and great personalities of the owners!

I stayed here for one night on the 14th July as part of a four day Fife Coastal Walk...er, walk! Myself and partner got caught in the rain, arriving at the Honeypot soaked through.
We were greeted warmly by Graham who took us through to our accommodation having taken care of our wet stuff. Smells of fresh baking wafted up to our room as Edna prepared for the next day's cafe requirements.
The room was very comfortable, breakfast was immense and once again, friendly and helpful service was freely given.
On the front patio of the Honeypot, we saw a huge rhinoceros and calf...made of sand! Graham explained that this was part of his attempt to raise awareness of Save the Rhino charity. He's passionate about the animal and it was hard not to get caught up in his enthusiasm for the cause...take a look on their website gallery to see the current sand sculpture and previous sculptures too.
You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here; clean, friendly, great breakfast :-)
One thing to be aware of and not related to this place...noisy neighbours! Please, if you're staying in accommodation with other guests, please consider them and keep your noise levels down as the evening draws on; you don't need to talk loudly to be heard when you're in the same room!

Room Tip: Our room was to the rear of the building away from the high street. Room was served by a separate ba...

Both The Honeypot and Crail were lovely. We were welcomed warmly by the amazing owners and staff, and we have plans to return soon!

The rates are very reasonable, the accommodations clean and comfortable, and the food delicious.

The town of Crail is small but fascinating. We enjoyed visiting the harbor and the pottery stores that featured the work of some very talented local artisans. Just outside the town lies one of the most beautiful golf courses by the sea.

Room Tip: (Make sure you try the porridge for breakfast.)

A truly exceptional B&B in all aspects. The rooms were absolutely faultless - clean, bright, fresh and beautifully decorated. Lovely tearoom situated at the front and well kept gardens to the rear, both with tables where you can sit and have food and drinks. The one aspect that sets this B&B apart from the rest are the hosts, Graham and Edna, nothing is too much trouble for them. Right from the start, their friendly welcome, advice on where to go and the homemade cooking was second to none. Surely one of the best B&Bs in Scotland.

A super B&B which I sincerely recommend.
The room was very spacious, very clean, very well fitted out with all you could want or ask for and the beds were so comfortable - a great nights sleep.
The on suite bathroom was large, spotless and warm
The owners were so friendly and hospitable and even gave us a lift the next morning to help us on our Fife Coastal Walk.
The breakfast was superb with everything you could possibly want with loads of everything.
A Great Place to stay and I am quite sure the best place in Crail.

Room Tip: We had a front room and was very very quite.

We had a lovely stay at the Honeypot, a welcome change of pace from the Victorian-esque B & B's that abound in Scotland. Our rooms were bright and airy and the beds were soooo comfortable! Edna and Graham were especially friendly and welcoming, it almost felt like popping in at the relatives for an evening. I would highly recommend a stay at the Honeypot!
