We stayed in the Cherry Blossom cottage for 2 nights on the 11th and 12th of June and could not find one single fault. The cottage was spotless, very spacious and all facilities were perfect. The hot tub was amazing which we spent alot of time in with a wee birthday drink or 4, lol.
I would recommend this place to anyone that would listen. We enjoyed lunches out to St Andrews which is a stunning and very friendly place. It is my 40th birthday on September 14th and would love to come back to a cottage or lodge that sleeps 2 adults, 2 kids and a toddler if I could have a wee discount offer and will definately be back as a couple in the future. many, many thanks to Solid Luxury for excellent value for money and also excellent customer service.

We stayed in Cherry Blossom Cottage, I cannot fault the cottage or the location! The cottage is so unbelievably clean and tidy, it is also very spacious and the facilities are excellent. The hot tub outside the cottage is amazing, we spent numerous evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub it is an excellent way to relax. The views are just stunning. The staff at Balmeadowside are lovely and nothing is a hassle, even small queries like the DVD player not working were dealt with quickly and in a lovely manner. The cottage is in one of the most relaxing and tranquil places I have ever been, it was the perfect way to start our honeymoon as the peace and quiet was well needed after all the planning! Cupar is a great base point as there is St Andrews, Dundee and many local attractions such as Tentsmuir sands to visit. We will be going back as it was just wonderful. Really cannot fault anything and would recommend to anyone.

Room Tip: Cherry Blossom Cottage is right at the top of the hill the views are amazing and can be enjoyed from...

Been here a few times now and never disappoints.

The accommodation itself is always very clean and with everything that is needed in the kitchen.

Then there is the hot tub, relaxing and great views.

Central for going to Dundee, St Andrews and even Edinburgh then come back to the relaxing peaceful tranquillity of Balmeadowside.

Excellent value for money. Three kids and two adults and still plenty of room and things to do! Beautiful countryside, not the easiest to find but well worth it. Near the Scottish Deer Centre and Kingarroch Inn is a short drive away, see review. Hot tub 24x7 is fantastic fun.

What a fantastic weekend we had in gorgeous lodges with fabulous views and hot tub to boot! The lodge was very private and spotlessly clean. We never had the TV on once, went for long walks, drove into St Andrews and Cupar and spent a lot of time in the hot tub. Totally recommend these lodges, great spot and plenty of space for 4 in the Tawny Lodge.

We stayed in the Cherry Blossom Cottage from 21st - 23rd February 2014 and we had a very relaxing short break! The cottage is absolutely gorgeous and furnished to a high standard, the bed was very comfy and the hot tub made the stay that bit better. It was so relaxing just chilling in the hot tub with a bottle of wine under the stars at night, tres romantique!

We will hopefully be back soon :)

We stayed in The Kingfisher Lodge for a week from the 28th Dec to 4th Jan 2014. The lodge was very spacious for 5 adults and very clean and so warm, the heating is on all day! We even had a Xmas tree and fairy lights which was a really nice touch. The hot tub was very secluded and we made full use of it even in the wind and rain! New Years Eve was spent in the hot tub with drinks , a perfect start to the new year! We stayed at The Conifer Lodges in Dumfries and Galloway last new year but have to say that this lodge was far superior , although I understand that Solid Luxury are in the process of bringing those lodges up to the high standard of Balmeadowside. I would recommend these lodges to everyone and can't wait to come back again, the only downside was that we didn't get any snow that week , we were hoping to wake up to a light covering New Years Day but we got rain instead oh well !!
