Owner description: Cairnie Fruit Farm is a long established family run business in Cupar, Fife and is a popular local landmark. The Farm Shop showcases a spectacular display of ready-picked fruit the farm produces, delicious take-away home-baking (made and served daily in the tearoom). The Funyard has many fun outdoor playpark attractions including go-carts and zip wire. The Mega Maze offers hours of fun as does the Pick Your Own fruit.

Great space for kids and adults to interact and burn off energy, closed in grass area with trampolines, pillows, hay bales , slide, go karts, bug ride, farm golf- great fun, we had a real laugh trying to get the tennis balls through tractor tyres, up ramps, round posts...good for a but of inter family competition. Maze in shape of Ryder cup golfer, unfortunately some of the stamps not working to mark cards- take a pen! Our boys are age 8 and 10 and had a great time, lots for younger children too and can have freedom to run around and still be observed by parents from a safe distance. Can take own picnic or eat at BBQ or in cafe, good range of homemade soups, sandwiches and cakes, lots of nice fruit based desserts and homemade ice cream- take own picnic if on a diet as too much temptation! Great value day out, this was our third visit, been past two summers and not had a disappointing visit yet. Also can pick your own fruit. Cater for childrens parties.

My husband and I and family stayed for a week.we had a good time especially the two grandchildren 1 and 2. The accommodation was great plenty room for all of us everything you needed was there.Gardens were brilliant for the kids and they really enjoyed feeding the horses. Both the children and their parents really enjoyed the strawberry park were they visited most late afternoons.

I visited this place in early August with my kids.

The maze was well grown and kids got the real experience of losing themselves in the maze.

Play area was not very sophisticated- a large bouncy place, a slide, trampolines, go karts(my kids' favourite), sliding boxes, sand pit, a tractor driven barrel train and a few others. But the good thing is almost all these can be used by adults allowing time to play with the kids.

We spent the last hour picking the fruits. But that was exactly not the experience I expected. May be if we started to pick the fruits first thing in the morning, there might have been more ripe fruits.

But I would definitely recommend the place for a good family day out as the kids loved the play area and didn't want to go home..

Plenty do to. Go karts, tractor ride, climbing hay Barnes, picking fruit. It's a great place. I love it even though I'm 14. Only thing is cafe is a rip off and the staff are rude
