We have frequented Thai Teak on a number of occasions & we've never been disappointed. We both had baked potatoes this time & thoroughly enjoyed them. Portions were generous with a large side salad. If you just want tea / coffee & home baking I would recommend the carrot cake which is excellent. The staff are always friendly & attentive & the prices reasonable.
The shop across the yard is definitely worth a look, as there's lots of unusual, beautiful ( but pricey ) wooden artefacts & furniture on display. And if you can get a bargain from Roy ( the owner ) then you're a better man than me! Lol. However, you'll get stuff there that you won't find anywhere else, so if you're looking for exclusive wooden things, then this is the place.

We popped into Thai Teak for afternoon tea and what a treat it was. The welcome was warm and friendly and the menu offered a wide choice of both savouries and home baking. Portions were generous and provided good value for money.
Many eating places rip off customers by charging £2 or more for a cup of coffee. This is not the case at Thai Teak and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to potential customers.

On returning home from a break in East Neuk of Fife we came across this cafe & shop and decided to stop.

After looking in the shop we went to the cafe and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is quite basic and was priced reasonably. We had a panini and toastie and did not expect much else going by the price.

However, they came with some crisps and a large fresh green salad with a lovely dressing.

The staff very efficent and friendly, the cafe (and toilet) was spotless - the only complaint was the portion was so large that we could not manage any of the delicious looking home baking.

Traditional Thai hut in the rolling Fife countryside?? Bizarre but true.
This litte gem is near Balmullo(on road to St Mikes) and is well worth a visit if you are near Cupar or St.Andrews..
It provides a great selection of snacks, meals, hot drinks and bakes n' cakes. Soups, Thai curry, baked potatoes,panini,cheesecakes...huge selection for all tastes..
Small and busy..Well managed by the friendly Home staff team.Great window views of Fife countryside..
Huge satisfying portions...very tasty indeed!
