a lot of old headstones make up this location but the most famous of course to the modern world is the final resting place of Jack Daniel which is the picture shown for this location.

This was part of our tour with Mint Julip that drove us up from Nashville. It was a really nice way to end our tour.

This is a well maintained cemetery just north of the Lynchburg Square (another cemetery is almost next door, to the west). Be advised that there are low hills at this cemetery so walking them can be a little bit of a challenge if you do it too long.
We really enjoyed stopping here to pay respects.
A sign at the entrance states that buses are not permitted in the cemetery,
Lynchburg Cemetery was established circa 1847.

Really enjoyed visiting here for the first time to sit by Jacks grave and tell him was an awesome man he had been and the legacy he had left, If you visit the Distillery then take the time to come here and pay your respects the the legend himself.
