What a great B&B. Paul and Margaret are wonderful hosts and the old house has a homely warmth and charm. Breakfasts were great and filling with plenty or variety to choose from. Our stay was superb and hope to go back again one day. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time here. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. Margaret and Paul were very friendly, and the location was great for visiting nearby St. Andrews. I would definitely come back!

Room Tip: Garden room has a private bath, but the upper floor has a better view...

Margaret and Paul have a wonderful property south of St Andrews in Upper Largo, We planned a 2 day visit to take in the Ladies British Open Golf and found this Accomodation ideal for travel to and from St Andrews.
On arriving you are greeted by Paul And Margaret and there hospitality is second to none, the rooms are spacious, clean, homely, comfortable and relaxing, added touches are there which most hotels and BNBs do not have, you have to try Margarets home made fudge, i could not get enough of the stuff, WONDERFUL Hmmmmm.
Breakfast is on another planet, the works fill you up for the day and that extra touch with a nice fruit starter, plenty of tea and toast, highly recommended.
All in All we cannot wait to return, Just check out the place and enjoy some Scottish Hospitality

Room Tip: We was in the downstairs room, excellent accom and quiet

Attention to detail was exceptional. Margaret was a great host. Home baking was a lovely touch, tablet to die for. We could only stay one night but are planning to return for our anniversary. Margaret always makes us feel welcome. It was a pleasure to stay. Highly recommend bayview .

We actually stayed May 15 and I had intention to do a review immediately but...the MC receipt title was not exactly what trip adviser recognized. I only mention this to note that a wonderful place and hosts like this should have many more TA recommendations. A beautiful room, king bed, and facing a beautiful flower garden for 85 pounds, with hosts Paul and Margaret Kelly. They offered transportation and even had set up a taxi in case too much libation! Dinner at The Crusoe Hotel in Lower Largo...reservations at 7:30 made by our hosts and it was perfect. Arrived in Lower Largo a few minutes ahead of schedule so we could walk about for a bit. Very cute little village...dinner was in the pub and delicious! We learned After dinner we browsed a room recommended by our waitress, off the reception room, dedicated to the story of Alexander Selkirk, a Scottish sailor from Lower Largo, who went to sea in 1704, and requested that his shipmates put him ashore at Juan Fernandez, where he remained until he was rescued by Woods Rogers in 1709. Selkirk then returned to his home in Lower Largo. Daniel Defoe, the writer of Robinson Crusoe, may have read accounts of Selkirk, and may have even interviewed him. Defoe then built on the story, adding his own imagination, his experiences, and a whole host of other stories, to create the novel for which he is well known. In any case the next day we had a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, homemade yogurt and stewed rhubarb, and homemade croissants, and of course, tea!
