“Wonderful venue to eat”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

This area was recommended to us as one of the best places to view sunsets. A real bonus to find this café/restaurant there. The views are spectacular and indeed the sunsets ARE spectacular. There is a good menu with something for everyone included. We were incredibly lucky to visiting the Island when there was a heatwave and the views are stunning. the food was excellent and service was also very good. There was a lovely ambience in the café which was quite busy when we visited. We had just driven the TT course in my sports car and this was the perfect end to a wonderful day. We would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant, just make sure you order the sunset.

“A hidden gem”
Reviewed 4 July 2014

To say that this restaurant/cafe has stunning views is an understatement. It takes your breath away. Coupled with the great food and friendly service this place is a winner. It was a bit overcast and cold when we visited but I would imagine on a warm summer's evening you would not be able to beat it for ambience. The menu is quite varied so there is something for everyone and its not overly expensive. Would definitely recommend it, even though it is off the beaten track. But that is one of its assets!

“Excellent value”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

The menu choice is varied but not too extensive to make you worry the food isn't prepared to order as with some restaurants. The presentation of the dishes is excellent and portions are generous. Excellent value for money and the waitress who served us on 21st was lovely --attentive without being overbearing.

“Sunday Lunch”
Reviewed 27 April 2014

I recently visited Niarbyl for the first time, after a delightful stroll we decided to get some food at the restaurant. The staff were very helpful to fit us into what seemed a busy afternoon for them. The food was very quick to arrive and extremely tasty, there was plenty on the plate and all very reasonably priced. I will be making more of an effort to visit that area of the island again and I will most definitely recommend the restaurant to friends and family.

“Get yourself a whale of a time at Niarbyl”
Reviewed 4 April 2014

Niarbyl bay has a stunning view and where better to watch the sun go down than in the wonderful cafe/restaurant at the top of the headland.

We run a local B&B in Peel and highly recommend Niarbyl to our visitors, all of which have come back and said how lovely it was. I've known guests to eat several times there whilst staying with us which just confirms how good it is for them to go back.

Nigel and I popped over tonight. We hadn't booked and despite being busy they squeezed us in, without any problems. Service was excellent as usual. I had fish and chips, and what a "Whale" size portion arrived, really tasty with home made chips.

We find it very good value for money. There is plenty of different things on the menu. Our favourite pudding is the cheesecake, it's homemade and you've got to try it.

Don't hesitate to call in if you're passing through Dalby. They're open from 10am till late.
