Both myself and my wife are from the area and decided to try out an afternoon activity with a difference, which is on our doorstep. Staff ensured we were dressed appropriately and Simon was very informative.
We sped across to Burghead then onto Hopeman where we were splashed by a group of children enjoying cooling off by pier jumping. Onto the caves after this and close up views of nesting seabirds.
We travelled back along the coast line at a comfortable pace after juice and biscuits to try to spot dolphins, unfortunately they weren't coming out to play but never mind wild animals don't always know the script.
A wee white knuckle ride just before returning to the marina.
This is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon and any sightings is an added bonus. Well done North 58 for trying to revitalise the area and boost tourism.
