“Living it large in Largs!”

The location of this apartment is ideal overlooking Great Cumbrae on the Firth of Clyde. The apartment itself is on the top floor of the Victorian Sandstone tenament building, upon entering the property you are into the nice sized hall with all rooms radiating off of this space. The whole property is well decorated with very large well furnished rooms. The lounge has wonderful views over looking the Firth of Clyde with a sofa in the window which is a great space to sit and watch the world go by. Both double bedrooms are tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable, all bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen although not very big (your on holiday so you don't need to spend a lot of time in here!) is well appointed with all the appliances that you may need during your stay. The bathroom is a good size with an over the bath shower. Fully central heated throughout the apartment which was a bonus in a windy February. All in all a great apartment and a true home from home feel to it. Will definitely be returning. You can reach the town in approx 5 minutes as well as the railway station if you fancy a day in Glasgow or further afield.

“beautiful flat with stunning views”

Had a brilliant week in this top floor tenement flat. It is close to the ferry port, restaurants, shops, and amusements. It is right across the road from the putting green and play park where my kids had a great time. We enjoyed a trip over to Millport and spent the afternoon sitting in the sun listening to the Grumpy Auld Pipers while the kids played crazy golf. There are a lot of good places to eat especially Tony Macaroni's and of course we had to visit Nardini's.

This apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you will need. The views from the lounge and front bedroom are superb and you can sit and enjoy for hours.
The location of the apartment is perfect and you can walk into town and to the local supermarket.
Largs is a charming seaside town and is also well placed to explore the surrounding areas.

“Oozes character - inspirational views from a chic Edwardian Scottish apartment”

Very lucky to rent this fantastic place as a corporate let during a three month secondment in Scotland. This place oozes character from its very Scottish tenement setting (complete with green tiled walls and Edwardian painted glass stairwell windows) through to, when you open the door, a chic continental feel ambience decor and furnishings wise in the apartment. The lasting memory though will be the majestic view of the Clyde together with its islands of Cumbrae and Arran - truly inspirational. The view is ever changing not just with activity on the water but changing light painting the landscapes.....fantastic. The apartment is situated on the prom in Largs making waterside strolls an easy option, not to mention a 5 minute walk into this cracking little town. We had a superb stay in this very homely place, worth everyone of the 60-odd steps to climb (!!), and I would recommend booking it unreservedly.....you won't regret it...it made our stay in Scotland.
